i see, probally loose bolts then, when the window is all the way down it shakes around...driving it just then it was rattling when i hit a bump

In my R34 the driving side window always made a little bit of noise when going up and down, but recently it seems to be shagged. It pushes inwardly against the frame, meaning its more difficult to close the door and im unable to fully wind it up when the door is closed, im afraid its wearing the rubber based material as well. Does anybody have an idea why its doing this, possibly a simple adustment or needs a new frame ? experinces or suggestions are welcome.

They did a top gear episode recently about this, where James May claims that some cheap slow Renault is just as fun to drive then a Lambo because you will never be able to utilize that 500hp the same way you would a 80hp car. Small cars like this are fun to thrash about no doubt but there is so much you can take before you want some torque lol.

R34 gtt ftw front engine rwd set-ups are fun....and you want a turbo car at the end of the day. the attessa system will just add weight to an already heavy car.

I understand the frustration, ordering from Nissan Rockdale they F you over a couple times with the waiting. 'The manager started getting firm with me saying the car wasnt imported through nissan so its not thier promblem and you will just have to wait'. i would have snapped at him hard, being a good guy with these wankers gets you know where soon as you raise your voice and show them your not a push over they will start talking the truth. Similar story with my manager at work, i was up for a raise and for a few weeks he kept on telling me he sent in my application to the head office (Boss) finally after a couple weeks of him giving me the same one liner i snapped at him a little, walked up to the bosses office with him trying to stop me. Turns out the Boss didn't get my application and the manager looked looked shocked that i did what i did, i ended up getting what i wanted.

How long you leaving it for ?, i let the 34 sit for almost 2 months in the garage till about 2 days ago. Didnt do anything to the fuel.....my Mate let his R34 sit for a 3-4 months while he was overseas he experinced a dead battery but thats it nothing a jump start didnt solve.

Yesterday i tried Penrite HRP full synthetic 10w50 in my Neo RB25DE, it was using 10w30 Valvoline Synpower before that. The engine seems to approve and the oil pressure seems more stable then before, probally due to the change to a thicker oil.

Get on EBAY find a Motor they are cheap it has crossed my mind to just buy one as a spare motor.

Me and my mate attend Uni full-time for the last 2 years both with R34 25GT's, both cars have been solid its when you start mucking around with them stuff goes wrong.

NA V8's......sat in a couple Ford GT's, Torana's, XD falcon with rebuilt V8....these cars are just awesome power cruisers.

Interior is not 100% the same, for instance the material on the seats are different fabric, the odometer/ (Speed, fuel and oil pressure gauges) are white and have orange lighting.. The font bumper should tell you whether its a GTV not a GTX because a GTX i think is the 2.0 liter R34. The 25GT is the 2.5 liter R34 without the Turbo goods. I know this because i own a 25GT and my friend has a GTV and i have been around that car for a few years now.
