I understand different meaninngs. Got a bit carried away intel is a more efficent chips etc but amd is bang for buck and helped to drastically reduce my build price. 2 years later my phenom is still relevant. Handles the latest games couldnt justify the intels price atm.

Could be air still working itself through the system keep on filling up and hope it stops, give it 5 more cold start-ups to be sure. This happened to me, more then twice when i went for a drive checked the coolant in the morning and nothing was in the overflow turned out my radiator cap was shot and no pressure was in my hoses (check for pressure in yours) changed it and 2-3 times after that it did the same thing just not as bad and i just kept on feeling her up until coolant stayed. I reckon air still in the system ! i was afraid my head gasket or worse cracked block was the problem, thank god it wasn't.

I got a 5 liter Jerry Can think i used for my 2 stroke moped, got a empty it and fill it up for these situations, i might have crap fuel economy because it feels like its been drinking like a Russian so i might as well test that.

R34 25GT Auto. Last day i have to go uni is wednesday so that night is when my petrol is running low, im always running late to uni so i skip the petrol stations on the way thinking ill fill up on the way back,easy because their is a BP 2 minutes down from uni on james ruse drive from uws parramatta. Anyway noticed driving to the petrol station it stalls when i REV scariest drop was from 3k down to somethng like .4k and it did this quite a bit on the way. Its totally fine when idling, the neddle does not move about its at a constant. When i fill up no stalling at all, gave it the trusty performance test to be sure, still seems weird it would stall due to low petrol i thought it would just turn off completely once empty, unless something is actually wrong.

i see, yeah there is a black rubber boot thing that goes over it ! thats thing is pretty jamed on there so i didnt think you would not have it unless someone went to the trouble of prying it off lol.going to have to find a subsitute like above posts says shouldnt be to hard.

im going to take a guess on what your asking, but the pipe goes over the throttle body and a metal ring with a screw goes over the pipe to hold it in place.

ECUtalk cable, its the most practical imo, comes with a USB connection and software !. Dont go the chinese route and get a RS232 those things are so oldschool you need a laptop with a RS232 port, if you dont then you need to get a USB-RS232 converter and thats just annoying you will end up spending $$ to get it to work. ECUtalk best bet its like $80 and in with the times. Its a poor mans Multi Functional Display.

That makes me feel better about the way i drive my RB25DE sometimes, thats insane for an unopened RB25DE. How much KM did it rack up in the 20 months ?.

offtopic: but I dont know why your restricting yourself to one color, my R34 is silver nothing special, if you come across a red, black or white one thats immaculate, think hard about how much color means to you, i think your kind of limiting yourself in a market where a good amount of the R33's are hacks and ex drift cops.

Sounds like what i had, the filter in my catalytic converted became loose and its gave it a sound like metal scraping on the concrete in the rev range you described. I took off the cat and as suspected the filter was freely bouncing around, bought a second hand cat from a member on this site no noises since. Have you in anyway gave it a knock ?, when my car was lower i managed to bottom out slighty since the cat is the lowest it took the impact.

Agree with pistol-pete, some R33's tend to look cheap and ugly when its been through some really bad owners, especially those who are into sex spec. Dont get me wrong sex spec can look good when done right and money is poured into it, just the other day saw a sex spec R33GTR drive through rockdale and i was like : . But i would never own one.

Thia is nissan where talking about they are smart enough to offer warning lights as standard on all models. anyway im curious the price difference when new between the turbos and na's im guessing 35000 for a basr model NA.
