  1. That's awesome news Markos. Without a doubt it would skyrocket the popularity of powerlifting here in Canberra.
  2. This sounds like a great idea. Would be keen for you to share your knowledge in there as I'm a PT, but I would like to study more strength and conditioning type work (I'd like to work with athletes eventually) so powerlifting-specific training interests me. You should open a PTC in Canberra
  3. Those figures are awesome ^, are they 1RM? I'd like to do a bit of powerlifting myself in order to gain some strength to match my size.
  4. Are those ce28's?
  5. Post up a pic when you're done with yours steve. Very interested to see the fitment.
  6. Rocket Bunny kitted sil80's take the cake
  7. I enjoy a good hit of the good stuff every now and again too..
  8. 2 very nice examples, thanks for sharing
  9. Fair point, but it could have been said in a less douche bag way. Who cares whether they're stock or modified..
  10. So would it be better to run 18x8.75 + 20 up front then? Or would that be too flush/not very good stance?
  11. Dat dere biceps brachii workout... Strong tugs for big gains
  12. Because it's just a shit ton of caffeine and incredibly dangerous... you may as well just down 4 red bulls then hit a session. Also, FIGJAM, you seem to be very interested in steroids lol. Why do you seem to have so much self pressure to get huge?
  13. XXR 527's for a r34 gtt 18x9.75 +20 or 18x8.75 +20? Which would be the better flush fitment (aggressive but not a ton of camber)? Guards will be rolled and lipped btw
  14. Did search, do like Heck yeah it does. You would be doing very well to gain 15kg of lean muscle in 12 months (depends on age, gender, diet, and experience among many other variables) although hypertrophy training will get you there quicker than strength or power training - Hence the "big guy, who can't lift as much as the smaller guy, phenomenon"
  15. wondering how you confirmed the seats are genuine nismo??? I have the same seat in my car and I've always thought it's just a replica of an impul seat as I can't find any info on it...
  16. It really does suck when you can't get it up.
  17. ...and not one butt was left un-hurt
  18. it's.....it's beautiful
  19. holy balls great pic
  20. What kind of size are you talking about? Anyone can gain "size" from eating a ton of calories but this won't speed up your muscle gains. This is coming from an ecto btw.
  21. 1. Many, many different types of exercise and sport will build an amazing bodies.... stop acting amazed that crossfitters have "decent size on them" 2. Time under tension isn't the be all and end all in muscle building and strength gains, if anything, crossfitters lift quite a bit more than your average gym-goer because the quick movements encourage a lot of power to develop through those movements. 3. Even with slower movements there is always the risk of injuries... speeding a movement up doesn't really increase this risk, it's poor conditioning altogether that leads to injuries (no warming up, muscular imbalances, poor recovery habits) Crossfit isn't my cup of tea in terms of exercising right now, but I'm not going to hate on it until I try it. Too many on this thread seem to have their heads so far up their bums to wanna try different types of exercise because their bro-science buddies told them a particular type of training is the be-all-end-all. Try being open minded for a change.
  22. Don't be scared of fat though, eat a decent amount of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats (avocado for example). If your ankle is screwed, try rowing. Rowing has to be one of the absolute best forms of full body cardio around, and it's super easy to manipulate your stroke rate etc. for a harder or easier session.
  23. Some people just wanna see a mirror shot of Birds' wang.... wait wut
  24. Clearly you guys didn't read what I wrote properly 1785 calories is very minimal yes, but I was referring to how you wrote 1785 kcal. 1785 kcal would be the equivalent of 1,785,000 calories seeing as 1kcal = 1000 calories Ahh fair enough. Hahaha if we're talking about Bonds here I have fluro blue and pink... real men can pull off fluro pink...
