We thought we'd make it pretty simple. If you sign up and act like a d!ckhead by either flaming for no valid reason or postwhoring, you will be booted from the forums. Stick by the FA rules and you'll be fine

Looks like Jason's efforts of running 9's has taken back seat to something more important. http://board.performanceforums.com/forums/...readid=67156959 Major bummer there. Was looking forward to seeing a car to compete with GTR700.

For those interested, AutoSalon has posted up the results of MAS. No photos of SAU but a couple mentions in the results. http://www.autosalon.org/review.asp?rid=33

Have a look at http://www.fullboost.com.au/cars/featureca...haun_intro.html I personally know Shaun and can confirm that he did the times on stock turbos and minimal mods.

The site is being revamped as we speak by one of the FAs. The new site should be up in a matter of time...( X fingers)

SLYWPN, I guess in order to be a fully fledged FA, it is a case of both who you are. what your like, your attitude to life, cars and others and also your car. We don't want the FAs to become like some other forums/clubs out there who let everybody cruise with them in their 1982 Honda Civic with a top speed of 105kms and takes 60secs to get there if you catch my drift... The FAs are all good friends who catch up with each other and hang out, see movies and happen go on cruises occasionally Not all our cars are 10sec beasts with monster turbos. Since I've become a FA, I've seen an assortment of 180sxs, S15s, LS1s, R32, R33 and R34 Skylines (GTR or otherwise), rotaries, GTOs, and many other cars so it doesn't really matter if you don't have the fastest car on Earth. If you're a nice person and the Powers That Be think you can keep up in a safe manner, you will be invited on a cruise and tested. I, myself do not make that decision alone. nismoR34, I'm on it mate, I'll get someone to look into it. Cheers, Dave.

Ladies, Gents and everything inbetween, I would like to send you all an invitation to check out the new FangArtists website and public forums. The FangArtists are looking for some fresh new talant to join the ranks. To become a FangArtist forum member (not an official FangArtist), visit www.fangartists.com and click on the forum link. As usual, you will be required to create a user account. You will have access to the General, Sales and FangMobiles section. If the powers that be deem you to be Fangworthy, you will be invited to join the FAs at a meet which essentially involves chatting about cars, hobbies and other mindless crap. Occasionally, we will go for a cruise to various spots. We hope to see you online soon.

Well, well, well. The Sunday that was!! As Wardest posted earlier, my GTR now has run multiple 10 sec passes on street tyres!! The best of these times was a 10.47@133mph but managed a best mph of 137 for the day which we are quite happy with. All runs were consistantly in the mid to high 130s which means that we are getting almost all we can out of the car. I ran the stock GTR suspension as the Tiens were too stiff the last time we went out. The GTR had about 10 runs of which the times of note were: [email protected] with 1.69 60' [email protected] with 1.65 60' [email protected] with 1.69 60' [email protected] with 1.69 60' [email protected] with 1.89 60' http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly01.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly02.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly03.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly04.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly05.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly06.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly07.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly08.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly09.jpg Congratualtions to Nigel's blue twin TD06 powered Supra which ran a best of 10.91@129mph. Throughout the day, the mph were always in then 129s but never quite made it to the 130mph mark This will be fixed very shortly http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly11.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly13.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly14.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly16.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly17.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly19.jpg http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly21.jpg The TURBOWORX Supra was also out there (talk bout irony).... I think the best it pulled on full slicks was 12s at 130mph which although the speed was good, couldn't hook up for some reason. Ah well, maybe another time.... http://www.yatzka.com/fajuly/hjuly20.jpg

My GTR is a 97 and 2 years ago it cost well over 50k. The car was in very good/excellent condition. Nowadays, you'd still be looking at around the 50k mark for a good condtion 97 model. 95 models are around the low-mid 40k mark. I infact know a 95 model in excellent condition being sold for 43k if anyone is interested.

Hey James, I need to put an order for an XL SAU Tshirt for Gerald. I'll give you the money 2nite for it.
