  1. the 370z isn't even a good looking car as it stands...then you want to put that front on a car that is 15+ years older. The stock 33 front looks better than that haha. Spend your money on something that you can actually benefit from...Power/handling mods or a house deposit.
  2. Cool story, special grandparents indeed. Keep at it, it's the path I chose with my 33 back in the day, made using it as a daily very comfortable and reliable. Keen to see your progress.
  3. Most exhaust shops will use 409. But I would be inclined like yourself to use 304. I use these guys for all my ss tubing and bends. Very good quality products and the finish is perfect! www.stirlingsaustralia.com.au/application/contact/queensland.html Spewing your not in WA, otherwise I could supply the tube/bends for you no problem...No doubt at a much cheaper rate then the general public can get.
  4. Nice GTR....Think I remember this for sale a few years ago. Was actually gonna go take a look at it. If it's the same car that is, pretty sure it was a fellow SAU members.
  5. WOW! Impressive dude. Can honestly say after reading the first post I didn't picture the final product being anything close to this awesome or to this level of quality! Keep up the solid work!
  6. I have a feeling I can point you in the direction of who this guy is... Feel free to PM me..
  7. Jump on Facebook and look up Mann Detailing. Is a buddy I know...Does amazing work!
  8. No idea but my D40 Nav doesn't do it. Has epic of amounts of intake noise/flutter but no whistle probably due to cat and DPF. I also see a lot of Toyota diesels that make like a BOV sound when changing gears....that has me stumped also haha.
  9. Im 5' 10", currently 85kgs, 25 yrs old. At a guess my bf % is around 13, I was checked 6 weeks ago and came back @ 15% but I am definitely leaner now. I still have some ok strength after altering my diet a few weeks ago. Some of my lifting stats are: - Sets of and up to 40kg d/bell incline bench - 5 weeks ago was doing 50's - Sets of and up to 22.5kg d/bell flys - 5 weeks ago was doing 27.5's - 140kg Deadlift - 5 week's ago was doing 200 - 120kg Squats - 5 weeks ago was doing 160 - 30kg D/Bell shoulder press - 5 weeks ago was doing 35/37.5's - 10kg - lateral exercises (straight armed) - 5 weeks ago was doing 15's - 35kg preacher curls - 5 weeks ago was doing 45/50 So as you can see.....I'm pretty disappointed. I know that it wasn't just one thing that made me lose size/strength. I went overseas and came back with a fever and a severe chest infection that kept me out of action for a few weeks. I'm confident I will get back to where I was strength wise. As for the amount of fat I would like to lose... About 3 or so years ago I got a bit out of shape and developed some fat around my mid section. I am in pretty dam good shape right now it's just I still have a little bit of belly fat on the front and sides. It's f*cking gotta go! hahaha. looks out of place! My guess is 5kgs of straight fat loss would be all my body needs to get below or close to 10% BF.
  10. No one can physically diagnose what your doing wrong by your explanation alone. Get a vid and upload it.
  11. Using Gold Standard Whey And have the perfect hill for HIIT in my street haha it's massive!
  12. Killer posts mate. My diet is pretty basic. Will give a brief layout without getting technical with calories etc. - Water and only water unless - mixing with protein powder or pre-workout (my day's get pretty hectic and I find it doesn't increase my workout capacity but helps keep me enthused and focused when training alone) - Wholemeal roll (smoko and lunch) chicken and salad etc. Basic, easy to go get, cbf cooking atm and preparing meals but I will get onto that this week. - 2 bananas between meals - Dinner usually consists of either 2 x Chicken breasts or 2 x Steaks both with veggies. Throw in brown rice every now and then but that sh*t takes AGES to cook haha. - 2 Protein shakes daily - one in morning on way to work and the other 30mins before workout. May increase it to 3 if needed but at this stage I don't think so. - Drink between 3-4L/day of water Will keep at it, throwing in the cardio and I should get the desired results. The previous problems I have found are I can lose weight no problem but I lose muscle mass. Which is NOT the result I want so will keep sticking at this and see how I go. I'm avoiding cheeses, white breads, sauces, salts, soft drink, alcohol in general (but if I go out I usually only drink vodka, soda and fresh lime anyway as a healthier alternative than beer or sugary mixers) I just want to play it safe and see just what results I can achieve like this. My greatest concern is losing size!!!
  13. Thanks buddy. Basically confirmed my thoughts. Incorporating cardio 3 x/week into my routine as of today
  14. As the title says, chasing an IC core. Must be above sizes. Cant fit anything bigger. Prefer 2 1/2" outlets. Please PM me if you have anything. Want to try SAU before sending my money over east Cheers, Shaun
  15. Gday lads, Have no problem bulking up However, chasing some personal experiences and advice from you guys. Want to know what has and hasn't worked well for you guys to lose those last few kgs of abdomen fat. Can read cardio/diet all day but that is such a broad reply! What I am after specifically is the following: - Types of cardio you found worked the best - include duration, intensity, frequency etc - Meals you found helped keep size whilst helping you become leaner, were they simple to make and cals etc. - Supplements you found helped - Things not to do - Did you change your resistance training? If so why, what exercises were substituted with what? Just after personal experiences NOT generic info Cheers, Shaun
  16. Maybe I should have been more detailed with that. Yes, you are right. Incorrect dosages and timing can lead to depression. Certain people are also affected differently by the different drugs available for PCT. I agree with all of what you have said apart from the estrogen/test imbalance.... There will be an imbalance as the whole point of PCT is to jump start your bodies ability to start producing test again not to mention avoid health risks and prevent you becoming an estrogen flooded bi*ch once the test from last jab wears off or maybe that's what you were trying to say.... derppp
  17. I'm not sure as I don't use amphetamines haha. Over here in WA steroids are commonly referred to as gas Basically what you said is spot on. He didn't use PCT at all! Told me it was not needed....I laughed him into concern haha and had him get on it fast. Nothing cool about HRT (hormone replacement therapy) later on in life. He would wake up feeling like sh*t everyday and call me voicing his concerns... BUT, in saying that PCT itself can also cause depression as well. So it's something not be taken lightly.
  18. How good is Vancouver?! Loved that place!
  19. May seem like an odd/offensive question but I don't mean it to be....Are you currently or have been on the gas haha? I ask basically out of curiosity as I have a mate who becomes chronically depressed after the use of steroids and I can share his personal experience and resolution....PM me if you'd prefer.
  20. I personally find with squats, sets of 6-8 reps is sufficient. Any more and you need to increase the weight but that totally depends on your goals (who the fk doesn't want massive jacked looking legs haha) . Keep on top of them and make sure they are included in every weeks workout! I stopped doing them for 4-5 weeks as I got real sick after a holiday... Went from doing consistent sets starting @ 100kg and increasing up to 160kg. I do at least 4 sets too. Did them on Saturday... Struggled with 4-5 sets @ 100kg! Mind you I went from 94kgs to 85kgs in 4 weeks! Can't wait to get back to a respectable weight. However, in saying that, I cringe when I see people doing sets that are way too heavy for their frame and are doing half arsed reps. Build a solid starting weight and go up in small amounts getting that ace to the floor each rep Another tip for perfecting technique is to grab two small plates (1.25kg etc) and place them under your heels. Will help you get comfortable. Only needed to do this for a few weeks and it made my lifts feel more natural and comfortable.
  21. LIke a bayside blue sort of colour?
  22. Just a few snaps taken from my Iphone 4 from my trip over to the states few weeks ago. Spent 7 weeks there. Amazing is all I can say!
  23. There are imports in Kal.... See a few GTRs, GTT's and GTST's around quiet often. One bayside blue? BNR32 in particular! Things pretty dope! Within the next 12 months there will be a BNR34 vspc ii in Kal
  24. It's not hard to do BUT, you need the right tools. Take your time and don't rush it. I took 5 out of my RB30ET! Not cool.
