  1. 1. it is the oil pressure gauge sensor, for the R34's and manual stageas, prob cheaper for Nissan to leave it there. 2. yep, breather
  2. no factory options.
  3. its a Nissan option, have you checked the usual areas for any AV input. back of unit etc ? does it have an AV input in any of the menu buttons ? if not, then you might be able to use it as a tray table for your maccas.
  4. From what i remember, I used the speed sensor wire at the ECU http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/post-a31087-
  5. tranny Cooler off my S2, have upgraded to a larger side mount. $ 80 pick up from brisbane $ 90 posted in oz.
  6. it works best with Stageas with factory TV aerials, which i assume you dont have. I have no experience in Sydney, the aerials that come with it aren't the greatest, but there are some options regarding aerials, eg HITV 'b1' which works as well as the factorys in brisbane. http://www.hitv.com.au/products/view.jsp?i...&category=2 Ill pm you some more info. Simon
  7. QT1, on your build plate, you will never match the pearl finish with a touch up pen, as it is a multi layer process. I bought a QT1 touch up pen in japan, its just another shade of white.
  8. Ive got a slightly used one, its a HKS metal one. no problem to re-use them. PM me if interested.
  9. Does anyone know where to buy or have any contacts regarding the Blue-point jack in QLD ? thanks
  10. yep, no need for radiator trans cooler/heater, especially in qld
  11. I think the factory pump will put you close to $1k mark. The M35 uses the same pump as the V35 skyline according to FAST. If you check ebay and heaps of US sites there are many aftermarket pumps available for the G35 infinity (same as V35), dephi, walbro and bosch etc, these are for 3.5 NA not your 2.5 turbo, so might take some more research.
  12. Here they are, consider aftermarket bolt-in or you may just have some contamination, very fine tolerances inside the pump. Just the act of removing it, draining it and cleaning filter may fix it.
  13. Usually the factory D2Rs are around 4200k temp.
  14. $200 pillows, f me
  15. Check to see if they put new tyres on as well for that price. id be asking a few questions. They should have been able to get the fronts down to around 1deg. the rears may need a 2nd bush kit (if they only installed one ~0.75deg each) to get it down to around 0.5deg. I assume your car is not ridiculously lowered.
  16. grab a paperclip and run the diagnostic, plenty info re this.
  17. If you already have the cam, there's also the option of installing a digital TV tuner with reverse camera input and automatic reverse switching when the tuner is on and displayed. Piggybacks into your existing OEM tuner. Would require OEM tuner RCA adapter plug and possibly a 'screen overide' unit, if your car doesnt already have, Chris may be able to help you with these if that's the way you go. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/St....html&hl=tv
  18. Correct me if Im wrong, but I thought the trouble with the factory ones is they are not programmable, or can they be ? ie they are programmed for a particular vehicle. When i moved my C.C. from my Skyline to my Stagea, I had to completely change the setup, ie initial pull, throttle reaction etc as they can over/under-run and your speed can change dramatically, which is also the case when major mods are made. There is a lot of road testing involved in setting a C.C. just right for a particular vehicle, so unless the factory ones can be programmed I can't see how they can be fitted to another model and still operate precisely.
  19. Yes, identical, same part number for S2 and 34 intercoolers.
  20. FS ASUKA HRII Car digital TV tuners. Have 3 left over from Stagea Group buy last year. New, boxed. When connected into Factory TV aerials they work brilliantly. eg, C34, M35, V35, r34 with factory TVs Twin tuner. see link for instructions etc. http://www.asuka-semi.com.tw/003/pro1.aspx...p;id=C_00000008 http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/St....html&hl=tv $290 delivered. Also have a set (2) of HITV B1 antennas, can be used in conjunction with this tuner, for those without tv antennas, new, $190, retail is $300ish. http://www.hitv.com.au/products/view.jsp?i...&category=2
  21. For those in Brisbane, just got mine done, new boots, joint inspected, repacked for $132 (one side). Top service and real experts. Universal Drive Shaft Services Queensland at Geebung.
  22. FS: S2 4wd Auto transmission + transfer case Just replaced my transmission with a 2nd hand one, now have spare, requires rebuild, ( runs, but is worn and noisy ). Has MV Stage 1 shift kit Valve body fitted. no torque convertor nor bell housing. Pick up only, from Brisbane. $150
  23. I would stay away from the vacuum units, stick with electronic, here are some pics of my install, IR panel is modified and bolted to the side inspection panel on the wheel. the LED below the tacho is the CC status light. IR receiver is attached to side of steering column. Probably the most time consuming part is the calibrating, lots of highway driving to get the CC setup settings just right, as they need fine adjustments for each car.
  24. agree Command is a good choice, had mine for 5 years now, R33 then moved into S2, never had a problem.
