  1. im running basically same as you with a GCG highflow, but SAFC neo on the stock ECU, makes great power, only run around 13psi. Not sure of the specs of the GCG as I bought it 2nd hand.
  2. PS. your options are: Cold area version LSD

    Oil ?

You can use some good quality Dexron III fluids eg Valvoline DX-3 which meets Nissan matic-D specs. A few others around. I use http://www.caltex.com.au/products_oil_detail.asp?id=267, excellent stuff, had to buy a 20L drum though, through local caltex. Works out cheaper in long run after you do box, case and powersteer.
  4. Big rear Brake Super fine hard coat advanced aero system rear fog lamp multi display meter audioless rear wiper cheers
  5. Yeah, it will, but you can get same information by doing it manually.
  6. Dont think the consult will give you much information regarding your problem that you can't get from a manual ECU diagnostic, give that a try. Work through the usual suspects like, fuel pump & regulator, spark plugs, TPS, O2 sensor etc

  8. someone might have dropped it down below the tank and not bothered retrieving it as its a bitch to get to. PART # is 41680-05U00 or wreckers or forum WTB, same cap as GTRs, should be a few around. In the mean time, no pressure worries, but I think the cap has a vent on it, so if you want to cover it to prevent dust and splashes, ensure it can breathe.
  9. After polishing with Meguiars Plastx I always put a coating of PLEXUS on the headlights and even tail lights http://www.plexusplasticcleaner.com/plexus.html http://www.whitworths.com.au/main_itemdeta...tAbsolutePage=2
  10. I got a panasonic one from japan, around $200, just make sure it is NTSC.
  11. Looks good, I was thinking you had an M35 for some strange reason in other posts, my bad. What reverse cam did you end up getting ?

    Attessa

if it was me i would drain the lot, prob original nissan fluid in there. Recommended fluid is any Nissan matic-D ATF fluid, such as Transmax Z or Nissans own. But i am sure many people just use a Dexron III ATF fluid, although I wouldnt. once you have filled it, idle the car, check reservoir level, top up, connect clear hose to bleed nipple and release any air bubbles, again whilst it is running.
  13. yep, use the reverse light 12V to power camera and switch the tuner.
  14. In the C34 the red and green are the side aerials, should be same, I got best results from combining one side with one rear. so red+grey and green+black eg. Black should just be another aerial plug. 2nd photo is fine, just unplug it or cut it and put your own plug onto it, and this then goes to relay. 2 wires for the 2 amps. Don't think it matters where the grey plugs go, otherwise Nissan would have made them different, just make sure everything is working before you seal it all up. Any standard 4 pin normally open SPST relay from an Auto shop, 30 or 40 amp. If you are really stuck let me know and I can send you one. Bosch/hella or narva etc Cig lighter is ok for RED ACC wire + power for the amps. Yellow needs to connect to always on 12V, Should be a source there somewhere, I think I used the CD stacker wire harness in the C34. Dont connect red and yellow together, you will lose settings everytime you switch it off.
  15. yep, sorry, factory one cant blow to atmos, meant to mention aftermarket BOVs for this. But i still would not want to run around without one, especially with higher than stock boost. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turbocharger#Wastegate
  16. nope, it is there for a reason, you need to connect it up or blow off to atmosphere, which may be illegal in some/all areas. Without one can cause pressure surges and damage to turbo/engine. 1000th POST !!! woohoo
  17. 1st one's options are Super fine hard coat Audioless (left factory without stereo ?) passenger airbag ABS 2nd one only has ABS as an option
  18. Also DEPULU at Ashmore on Gold Coast, had good work done there recently. http://www.depuluwheels.com/
  19. As far as i know there is no date information in the Model Code, so 10/89 it is.
  20. Again nothing too, but the ones either side, ...507 and ...509 are Vspec 2 NUR versions and manufactured in May 2002. So odds on ..508 is same.
  21. Doesnt come up on mine as well, model code indicates it is a Vspec (not sure what version), made in Feb 2001. I thought the NUR version was 2002 ? More qu's need to be asked I suspect. Mine also doesnt come up on 2008 Jap FAST as well, as i suspect some are deleted from Nissan's database when they are exported.
  22. You could intercept the signal before this, between the gearbox sensor and the canbus.
