  17. you left the brackets on and just removed the bar? I ended up putting the bar on the concrete with something through the end loop for leverage and used a Very large shifter on the nuts.
  18. They are Very Tight. Not sure which is which with the Left / Right hand thread but they are opposites.
  19. Can adjust the length with the nuts in the middle. 2 lock nuts (one is lefthand thread) and then the center nut can be turned.
