  1. Hey man, pretty sure we met on a track day at barbs. ( i think ) I have the bunky black bashed up 34 . Just a suggestion, i have used the QFM track day pads a bit now and find they go to crap after 2 hard laps at barbs. I would suggest going to EBC Yellow or Blue, or Project Mu. I had EBC before and was alot better.
  2. Ill tell you this My tune with the ss2 98 = ~355whp @ ~18-22 psi 85 = ~345whp @ 16 psi The 85 tune has alot more midrange, comes on power alot harder. Its also faster...proven at racewars.

  5. late reply, but its the hard line going under car to the rears. The joiner seems to be weaping, been testing it over past couple weeks after collie and it appears to be just some weapage. Still going on thurs, will keep an eye on it after every session.

  7. Depending on how lenient the dyno is he will be getting about 340-370 hp around there, varies alot with dyno's. Thats at 16-20 psi

  12. I understand, like others have said, clutch fan does the exact same thing. Only reason i see to use thermos is if you dont have adequate airflow, or are drifting ( as airflow is minimal for drifting.) But you certainly wont gain kw, especially if drifting as the thermo will be working extra hard
  13. Above 60-70 But then you also need to be aware oil temps will be different aswell
  14. You wouldnt gain kW with the thermo As it draws more amps, ur alternator would be working harder, therefore mitigating any plus.

  16. Never said they dont work, you need to go high end fans/brand to get the most out of them Then u need to take in to account the power draw. And if it actually is going to hinder airflow at higher speeds ( ie bad shroud) He should be getting a bigger 40+ mm radiator instead if he hasnt already. I track my car with stock fan and 50mm radiator and idles fine after a good heavy 4-5 laps

  18. I would say possibly engine mounts crapped causing the engine to move and the fan is hitting. That or its getting to hot. If you buy a geniune one it will last another 15 years or so. Second hand....thats a gamble really. Dont by gtech......

This guy is obviously a scammer, dealt with my share be it personally or in my field ( IT ) Unfortunately most scammers do not understand how powerful google is..( the internet...) Its not hard to copy paste a phone number/username even the way you write your posts...it can be found..even if you delete it... I really hope no one else buys from this guy and i feel for the guys that did. Only thing you can do is warn others, but usually its to late. Edit That said..Auspost also suck... Edit again.. Mabye he is just really lazy....and cant be bothered sending items. Ill happily delete my post if im wrong btw.
  23. Yeh i meant before mine was welded, and was internal setup. But 1000rpm difference is alot, so something defiantly not right, whether it be the turbo damaged or engine doing something strange.
