The epa test is totally different to the emisions test.At the epa they go further than a little exhaust emissions testing.They go the whole hog,so ive heard.
Though,either way,i would put the car back to stock to pass.The time you save buggerising will be far more benificial to you in the long run.
Ive just recently been in a similar situation,where the out come was all good.I had everything bar the zorst engineered.So all i had to do was swap it over back to stock.
Though my car still passed with a stock airbox and filter,front mount intercooler,gtr pump and plumback aftermarket bov.Everything else was stock.R33 GTS-t
