Agreed as Ray said its a location thing. Get pulled over in bondi for an RBT and ya stuffed as they have other agendas on their list, get pulled over out in the west for an RBT & if ya blow clean you're a free agent as that's all they are targeting

I got pulled up for an RBT on Windsor rd last weekend in the evo & having sizable cams in her she was idling quite lumpy (even though it has a quiet exhaust) the officer was very well mannered and respectfu to mel as was I to him. No problems whatsoever even though I was freaking after reading all the "bad" stuff about cops in here.

I don't think the 71 HTA would quite crack 300kw. If they DBB the 71 HTA it would be great as they already have stock spool and flow 20% more than the stock 9 turbo. I woulda thought the green would be on before that?

I love the response of the stock turbo disco and would like to stay kinda close to that. Yes the green is the smallest of the "coloured turbos" Im definitely leaning towards the HTA green in BB form as ive read alot saying they really do make the JB models feel doughy. I think the 300-320kw zone would be nice with close to stock response as my car comes to life SO early but does sign off up top a lil. So ive even set the rev limiter to 7200. In 2nd gear the 9 starts to really fly not much after 3000 so getting that and some again around 3500 really makes these lil suckers hard to catch on the street as they come to life so quickly

I run amsoil in my evo mitch which is also on FP's list of suitable oils. I buy it off a guy in the gong off ebay its good shit I ran it in my 33 on e85 also with no dramas

Yeah mate I made 312kw on a hub dyno with 25psi but as Jase said ive got a toxic fab manifold M2 cossie cams etc etc and E85 of course lol
