The vipecs are a great unit from what I've read I'm running a link G4 which is basically the same thing and my car runs better than it ever did with a nistune ecu. A fresh 30/25 should piss 250kw in safely! Just depends on the tune! I'm smashing 25psi boost down my stock 25's neck and making 336kw at the wheels and have done safely for the last near 2 years now. If you are only chasing 250kw just go for a hypergear or gcg highflow turbo as they are cheap,reliable and proven performers. Personally I don't think the kind of Ecu u run is Gunna affect emmissions it all boils down to your exhaust and tune Steer clear of ebay junk turbos as they are generally laggy and unreliable for the extra $$$ use a tried true performer that ain't Gunna risk ya freshly built motor. Just my 2c anyway

Agreed on the remsa pads cheap as chips good bite when cold and can withstand fairly high temps without fade,also very quiet and not overly dusty

Follow the line from the brake master cylinder to abs box and bleed it there I had this exact same problem and it sorted it

With the 33 abs box the lines come in at the top so its literally the highest point of the whole brake system so yeah i just used standard bleeding techniques held the pedal down and cracked the line till fluid came out locked it off and then pumped it up again.....Hope this helps

Im almost 100% that will sort it Marty I done my head for days when i had that exact same issue Even blew $120 on a vacuum brake bleeder lol Just chase the lines from the BMC over to the abs box and give em a crack. Lemme know how it goes mate as im hoping all my cussing and carrying on out the front of my house/making an ass outta myself in front of the neighbours every afternoon after work will benefit somebody lol

Does your car have abs? I had the exact same problem when i installed Alcons on my car try cracking the lines to the abs box and make sure there is no air in there
