Take off the dump and look at the wheel. Is it coming out the screemer or the exhaust

Ah that explains it as above then new turbo or custom dump

Pics to explain better no matter how much you rotate the exhaust housing the dump should face down on a stock manifold when you turn the housings it rotates the core you want the oil drain facing straight down

Spend the coin I bought injectors cheap and it bit me in the ass when it come to dyno time 6 hours just to set the injectors. Just buy gtr injectors and get them installed

After more inspection on the motor the inlet manifold gasket had a split on it the hg was still in good condition so that was the issue

Haha bit harsh nothing wrong with playing turbos just be prepared to break them or fork out for s engine build. I did it broke every turbo haha but that was on a 20 so 400 to replace

I want the turbo sitting between cil 1 and 2 as there is not much room because of abs unit in the BMW for my td06 to sit. I made up a cad drawing of what I think would work well I'm not after massive power all be happy with 260 same power that was in my 32 I'm hoping full boost by 4200 18 psi. The design I'm looking at making will be the sr20 manifold reversed the turbo will sit up top allowing the gate to run underneath the mani so hiding from the unknown eye. Basically if I was to cut the flange off a stock manifold and turn it over that's ideal for me but to hard to controll being cast

I can tell you now my 20 box seen more the 200 got 215 (nismo 260 cluster) before I slowed down on a private road of course diff is the main controll of top speed so the m3 diff would benefit from a shorter ratio box

Put octane booster or 98 in it before putting your foot down if it's tuned to run 98 its a must I suggest not driving on boost at all as it will be running lean

To Much money and it's a sr in a BMW so I'm not sure if he could make one without seeing the car

The internal gate on the t2 housings for the td06h look so much better then the t3 looks just like a stock Nissan turbo housing but bigger flapper
