I'm just going off dyno charts and flow charts iv seen on a sr22 a td06h-25g made 396kw I can't remember where I seen it I found it looking through google one day.

I did it using some alloy plate and shaped it to the vent then covered it with leather to suite the rest of the interior

Iv always used 3mm it's a nice tight fit and works a treat. You will find 4mm may be to big for some of the componets it connects to

Or the td06h has a much bigger turbine wheel I don't know y everyone loves the l2 my baby 20 spooled it 18 pound at 4200 on a 25 would be heaps better. Plus if you don't like the 20g power you can put the 25g wheel on and it's then classed bigger then the t67. Looking at the flow charts it's over 400kw classed. If you put the 25g wheel on yours it will then be the same spec as a t67 dori

You need the can to be able to breath otherwise it will not work properly. Plumb one line into tge intake or use a small filter

Just pulled the rear housing off my td06 internal gate you can see why they suck it's a bucket

I would just remove tge old mild steel pipe then tig a alloy pipe on it's a very easy job

Full 3 inch with a apexi centre and rear muffler gave the best sound iv ever heard out of a rb but it also depends on turbos and dumps.

Just drive it till it dies it's very hard to kill a rb20 tho. I have a head and block for sale if you want a new rb20 was making 260kw before being removed from the car
