    AH3 = Red Pearl Metallic (although it may look like a deep wine red, it is referred to as red)

    hi guys, i am interested to know if there are any stats on the number r32gtr's that were painted in each factory colour when released? reason i ask, i have a red (AH3) gtr & ive noticed there are not many around, however, there are stacks of gun metal grey and the likes of black & silver seems to be quite common thanks!

    thanks for the feedback mark - what brand spring hats did u use? maybe it is the spherical bearings after all...does anyone know once spherical bearings make noise if they should feel loose & sloppy? mine do feel reasonably tight but nothing like the new bearings i felt @ cbc

    i watched a documentary on the bugatti veyron - that is a beast & a real marvel at cutting technology titanium rods, w16 with 2 banks, 10 radiators, 20k to change tyres lol - sorry off topic but that engine would have to qualify as the best imo quad turbo back onto rb's -10's are fantastic, so is the rips racing sump kit!

    i cut my old bonnet & really dont want to do this again, i have an idea so i'll see if it works

    i went to cbc & the bearing is $120 each! madness! the new bearing was much tighter BUT even the guy @ cbc thinks that the noise may not be the top bearing...since pulling out the suspension & putting it back in the noise is not as evident. anyway, ill take it to heasmans here in syd & they can check it out - might be something stupid

    thank you - those are the exact 4 dimensions that i took the bearings are not press fitted, instead it is held in the alloy top hat with 6 allen keys but that seems snug
