I only for the water line that runs behind the engine left Will it be easy to swap that to a braided line because I would do it straight away if it is -

It hooks in behind the engine I wouldn't even be able to get to it otherwise I would be down there in a heart beat -
I have spent the last 2 afternoons trying to fit the back water line onto my new SS1PU And I give up I can't think of any other way of flitting it. Was meant to be booked in with DVS on the central coast this Friday but I doubt I will make it Anyone good at bending the water lines or got any ideas? I tried heating it and everything but just can't get it in the correct spot

I give up hey! f**k I can't get the back water line onto the SS1 It's impossible to bend it so it sits against the turbo I have spent the past 2 afternoons trying The pipe bends like 90 degrees at the very end and no matter how hard I try I can't get it to clear the housing I say there heating the pipe and trying to bend it but it just won't budge Bloody, sore and tired f**k

When Is The Time To Change Fuel Pump And Injectors?
Manuel Kasko replied to 335's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
My guess is the second hand pump is exactly that 2nd hand. For the price of a new pump these days $160-$200 direct replacement why going 2nd hand? Also its the life source of the car without fuel you will lean out and do more damage then $200 for a pump -
Sorry I should have just said I do not expect to pass one with my new turbo etc. So I thought why not get the best flow out of my exhaust I could. Plus flames are fulleh sik
-
Haha read my Sig regarding flames. I will be spray all my piping black to draw less attention and to get a whole black theme look with my car. With the cat I just used my boot holder (a long bit of wood haha) + hammer. To be honest as soon as well put an upgraded turbo and injectors etc. Its not going to pass emissions test anyway. Ohh and with the Z32 I just wired up a female plug to my car. Then a male plug to both of the AFM's so its an easy change over

I hope you have the results by tomorrow Birds that would be great. To be honest I love learning as much as I can about my car so it was worth the time it took. I started on Tuesday last week with pulling the front bar off respraying that and cleaning the intercooler. Then I had to wait for a few parts to show up and so all up I think you could do it in 3-4 afternoons. 1 Afternoon taking the dump off and the turbo. 1 Afternoon wiring up the Z32 AFM + Bashing the gutts of the Cat 1 and half afternoons fitting the turbo back and fixing the dump

Scotty mn35 he spends most of his time in the fabrication section. He is knocking me up one with all the joiners included for around $250

Everything seems to be on track with my build. The SS1PU is in the car and just waiting on a 24mm socket to fix up the water lines. Holy hell it was a job and a half in slowly bending the lines to suit the turbo. The 3' intake is currently on its way. Should have results by Saturday for everyone.

+1 to this haha. I started last Tuesday with thinking I would fix my loose front bar. Still havent got the car back on the road because I pulled it off then decided to clean the intercooler. Then while I was at it decided to put the new SS1 in. Its been nearly a week off the road now haha
