Think I'm going to have to pull out of this Saturday has turned to be quite uncertain, so I'd rather give my spot to someone who is sure they can go

Up for sale are a pair of Xenon headlights from my R34 GTR - in working order, minus the ballasts. I replaced my pair with another set as I'm not game enough to try and touch these up. They are a little cloudy - so I'm sure they'd be good for someone willing to do the work. Tabs aren't broken but do have cracks that can be repaired (pictures taken). No major blemishes, chips or cracks in the lenses. Still have the H1 connectors that can be used if needed, or use your own ballasts. $900 pickup for the pair - NSW May post if needed, but we'll need to sort out courier and packing material to ensure the safety of the headlights. Won't split these without buyers for both.

Is the diff viscous or mechanical?

Did an Ian Luff driving course not long ago, was a good experience - mins the 35 degree heat. One of the guys even races a 32 at WTAC

I think plastic will (in general) start to fail before alloy. My plastic eventually cracked around the neck.

Always find this stuff really interesting. And a kudos to Ian for providing such detail on this system, the thought that's gone into it, etc. I'm no engineer but always good to learn how things work

Hi All, Posting on behalf of a friend as I'm helping him source a GTR. Requirements: Midnight Purple or Pearl White (not mandatory, but preferred) Mildly modded (preference for 7s or 9s) Good suspension (e.g. no crappy coilovers) Log books / service history Dereg paper even better Budget ~50-55k. Preferred location is Sydney (for the moment), search may widen depending on available cars but looking locally first. Must be willing to have car inspected.

Wondering if anyone is able to help me on this? Been searching low an high for the thick style "Nissan" boot badge that was user on late 2000+ R34 GTRs. I've heard some people say it's the same as the 350/370Z but nothing concrete. Searched high and low on the forums too and only found it mentioned by Terry (Titanium Chrome for GTRs) on the difference between the smaller "Nissan" badge and the thicker style.

Might not be, was mentioned we needed 3 to have the discount. If no one else by the weekend I'll contact RB again and see if anything can be done for two and be done with the GB.
