If you're specifically after a local Sydney importer, can't really go past Japlink Motors or Top Secret Imports. Kristian of Iron Chef is located in SA (IIRC) and I've only heard good things about him too. Depending on your budget too, you may also want to consider looking interstate as well as importing - I'm sure all of these dealers can help in that regard as well. Good luck

Got a few items for sale as I'm making space in my garage. All items located in Sydney but will post at buyer's arrangement and expense. Item #1: 4 x Racing Hart CP-S10 18 x 10J +27 offset Condition (see photos): 2 wheels - no rash, damage, etc 1 wheel - minor rash 1 wheel - 2 sections of rash. 1 section very light, 2nd section little worse. Also one scratch. None of this damage was caused by me I went over each wheel for any blemishes/marks/etc and taken photos of any I've found. Wheels include caps as well as 16 x nuts and 4 x lock nuts + 1 x key (forgot to take a picture). Valves on the wheels are Rays red (aka bit pink now due to fading). No caps. Price: $2600 Item #2: Unknown Brand Cat Converter with 3" flanges Condition: Used. Would guestimate at a couple 1000kms. Comb intact (see photo). Price: $50 Item #3: 4 x Red Rays Valves and Caps Brand new, unopened. One box is open so I could take the valve out (still in it's plastic bag) for a photo. Price: $75 Item #4: Project Mu B Spec Pads Used with plenty of meat. I have not received confirmation yet from Project Mu Australia, but from the interwebs and other brake pad company listings, it should fit R32 VSpec, R33 GTR and R34 GTR. While I don't have a micrometre, underestimating the pad material is ~12mm Front and ~8mm rear. Price: $180 If you want higher res photos, feel free to PM me.

I can recommend CEVA for transportation. Very helpful and communicate in all proceeds of when I bought my GTR and had it transported. Car arrived, same condition as it was bought in...except dirtier because of the dust while it waited for transportation

The other thing if not making a seperate fore sale section is to have a header tag on each topic in the FS section mandatory. I mean this as a separate field to the topic, similar to OCAU. I.e [sYD] For sale stuff [NSW] Other stuff for sale Other ways are having strict for sale templates with threads closed/not approved if not adhered to.

From my experience, GSL have always provided a high level of service. Only times they don't is when they are out Rallying somewhere -
I'll pipe in as well for Daniel at Carbon Car systems Had a few issues with the alarm when I first got it on a Friday evening and was very helpful even at 9pm. Also not far from the station if you need to get to work, etc.

Have Resmas myself. Have not had them long enough to get a complete view of them but I am quite impressed so far. Best thing is no noise exept maybe an cold morning/evening the very first time you brake. Used the HPX on my wrx before with similar results, though it always ended up slightly squealing under light braking. -

Project Mu B Spec Pads
Watchamacallit posted a topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Up for sale are some Project Mu B Spec pads for an R34 GTR. These squealed too much for my liking so out they went. These have almost no wear on them, if I needed to guestimate no more than 500kms (if someone wants I can try to measure the pad's thickness). RRP about $448/set. Fronts: $170 Rears: $150 Combined: $300 Will post at buyers expense. If cheaper prices are founded elsewhere, link me and I'll consider revisions. -
Sorry if I wasn't clear enough. I'm wanting to know how the Nismo 320kph Cluster looks lit up. I've scoured forums and google but I can't find any with the black faced version being lit up. I've seen the white faced version and how it looks though. So I know what it looks like not backlit

Hey Guys, I'm wondering if anyone could help me out with either pictures or a video of the black 320 cluster lit up? I've seen the white one with the orange backing and how the white faces appear black, just wondering how the black faces look? Cheers in advance.

I can also vouch for Daniel and I haven't even met him yet (OS co-ordination with vehicle, etc) and he's been very helpful and informative. Already planning a return visit for some more doo-dads.

R34 Non Exenon To Exenon Conversion- How To?!
Watchamacallit replied to elir32's topic in South Australia
I'm actually chasing up these ADRs with some relevant authorities (in NSW). ADR 13 in relation to 6.2.6.1.2 is in relation to the tolerances of the dipped beam. 6.2.6.2.1 outlines if levelling is required to meet these conditions (which honestly is all jargon to me), that levelling must be automatic. Reading into that, if levelling is not required it sounds like no automatic levelling is required - once again, I'm seeking opinions from a few VSCCS Signatories. Though, his is hardly gospel because the R34 Xenon headlights may have never even undergone ADR testing to see if it would meet any of those requirements anyway. Not to mention the fact you will still need to mount headlight washers to satisfy ADR 75 for HIDs. If anyone with Japanese contacts can dig up the exact "ADRs" for Japan, how the lights are tested, etc there is a chance that it can be transferable to Australia. In my opinion regarding headlight washers, it should be relatively easy. There's a whole gamut regarding their requirement but if you grab some from Hella (which would be required to be TUV certified) I can't see any reason why these would not be accepted. -
