Hey outie, um.......haaaaaaaaaaaawt!.....nooooooooooooooice! what's clearance do u have to the road from the lowest point of you trust bar mate? Mine is 135mm, just towards the rear of the front bar....(you know where they angle down a touch?) Thanx for ideas/pics mate!...I like!..... Superspit. -
mmm....2 words to explain how the window 'stops at up' or 'at down' position......they are..."Current Sensing". ie: the electronics 'sees' the motor 'draw' extra current when the window hits the 'end of it's travel', and shuts off power to the PW motor. I finally got sick of my car's idling when the window would keep drawing current when in the down position.!!! The box containing these electronic parts is called a 'power window timer box', and can be bought for $85 (incl.Melb.delivered). Just specify the EXACT model/year of your car. This is the response I got from my question on the same item...posted here to hopefully help you..... Regards, Spit. Hi We can help you. Total cost $85 including postage. Cheers -------Original Message------- From: Mark on Hotmail Date: 05/29/07 20:02:35 To: [email protected] Subject: timer box power window availability/price Hi, I'm curently chasing availability and price for 95 GTST R33 2door driver's side 'power window timer/switch box'. Hi R09, mmmm...interesting comment...I must say the guys at my work, those who spray paint for a living, seem to be actually impressed by the matching. I guess digital photography can make things appear that way,(ivory/mismatch/shade) though i can't see it in reality. Admittedly, my car does need a good polish!!...maybe that's what you can pick up on??? I value your input Ronin, and i thankyou. Regards, Spit. -

I can help you, if you're not too far away!! The 'tool' is no big deal, it's just a hex key for the fronts...(2.5 or 3mm...I forget), the rear may be a little more difficult, as my adjuster tools are behind the back seat, still connected to the shocks!!!..which I don't want to take out again!! Have you got clear access to your rear shocks?...back seat will need to be removed to get to the adjustment!! PM me? ps...I don't drink!! LOL! Regards, Spit. -

Hi FW and all, glad to hear you like your hks h/max's...... I have the HyperMax II's, and i'm trying to find someone who's willing to re-condition them. (I'm sure they can be??) I have had them on for 3.5 years, on the softest setting (counterclockwise fully), and I like them, but now the rear ones just rattle over the smallest bumps!!.....still working though!! I really don't want to replace them, as they handle well and I 'feel' safe with them...just that foooking rattle noise!!! Anyways, Kindest Regards, spit. -
Hi tyaos... the advantage is that your 'error-codes' are removed, making the ecu lighter, therefore increasing your power to weight ratio, giving you better 1/4 mile times.....endat. Kindest regards, Spit. seriously though....as previously posted!! Happy Sklining!

Hi Al, wow..thanx for your comments!!..,really appreciate them. There is still a fair bit of Reo in the front,....but who would it be more unsafe for?, the driver or the thing that gets hit?? I actually really like my chrome headlights, they're different to the norm, and when polished come up a treat!!! The black ones are cool though. Yeah, I am tending to sway towards you on the indicators. I suspect that finding nice ones is going to be a little difficult? I do like their 'raw' look though, just got no class at all. FMIC??...what is the 'going rate' nowadays on install and parts,..I was quoted the above figure a while ago, admittedly. Regards, Spit. -
Hi, I know this much.....25 deg advanced???.......woah!...could start causing u other issues soon. Is the motor pinging yet. But hey, you might have the right mods already to handle it!!. The following is majorly open for corrections..... The lead u need to diconnect is for the TPS, I believe..and I thought you'd disconnect that prior to setting your idling speed via the Idle Valve screw, located at the rear of intake manifold???...not sure how that has got anything to do with a timing adjustment though. Anyways, at least you'll get some responses now!!! Regards, Superspit.

hehehe!...out with the POD and in with the FMIC you reckon!!!!!! sounds good, I'll be doing this as a final mod soon. (I think it was around $1600 for a reasonable set-up and install?) It's a bit odd that the guys at the panel shop put 'open weave' mesh in the grill and closed mesh on the bar... Anyways.,may fool some peeps!!!lol! Thanx DRD! -

C'mon...give me a break!!..it's a MAJOR service being performed here, or is it one of those K-Mart Auto 140 dollar checklists?? Still not being smart though!!!...lol!
