  1. spotted a black V36 coupe the other day here in Mackay - had Infiniti G37S badging on the rear and Infiniti badging on the front... never seen one before up here. Bone stock.
  2. have you had much interest Matt? i'm surprised no one has grabbed it.
  3. don't understand why you'd want to turbo the 25de.
  4. lol i still have a SAU bookmark saved on my browser.. i'm so used to checking it pretty much every day. i miss my V35
  5. similar thing with Infiniti badges on JDM V35's.. maaaan that annoys me.
  6. yeah very true. ah well when i first advertised it i thought it'd sell locally quite fast simply because there's only like 3 in town and it turns a lot of heads etc. i don't think you'll have a problem selling yours
  7. hey greg, well i had the car advertised on carsales, gumtree, boostcruising, local pocket trader and about 4 different local facebook pages. the buyer told me that his mate showed him my advert on the local fb page. he has actually been wanting a V35 for about 12 months so he grabbed it pretty quick. to be honest i only got 2 inquiries from gumtree and 1 from carsales but a shit load of views and a fair few people had favourited or saved my ad. hope that helps
  8. Matt have you been spamming your advert locally and on facebook/local pocket trader/paper etc? i reckon you'd have more luck selling it that way. That's how i sold mine, was actually through a guy that saw my ad on a local buy/swap/sell car fb page who told another guy who bought it!
  9. Still a magazine!
  10. hey mate, i did contemplate that - but the car is actually sold sold it to a local guy in fact.
  11. you should make 1 thread and name it "questions"
  12. i would be thrilled haha. I'm keen to see that car in a mag, it deserves to be in one. So nice.
  13. sold it for $19,400 took $100 off because i couldn't get it detailed in time
  14. I picked one up from Supercheap auto while i went away for a few weeks - i beleive it was a M size cover UV/rain protected etc i think it was like $60 stayed on the car the whole time over the 2 weeks and the car looked the same as it did when i left it. Never used it again and binned it. Can't remember what sort of car was on the cover it's meant to fit coupes though. Has straps and shit so you can secure it under the car.
  15. It looks incredible. If i was going to build a GTR this is how i'd do it.. If this is still for sale in 12 months when i would love to get one then i'll buy it haha..
  16. That's what i am thinking about - it's the only way i can stay positive about selling it. I plan to save the money i was putting towards mods/on road costs insurance etc towards a house and get into property in about 12 months with my Mrs. Then start saving pennies for a GTR. i really would love a 33 V spec. In fact, Jordan if you want to sell me yours in a years time let me know man! haha.
  17. I think the GTR front bar is only going to look good if you do it properly.. but when you do get it right it can look awesome. Here's a pic of my mates V35 with the GTR front and i think it's the TS carbon bonnet which was painted but left vents black & put hood pins in. When he first bought the kit he got it from JM-Auto Racing in the states and it had AWFUL fitment. I mean MASSIVE gaps between almost every curve and bend in the front bar. The body shop that did the work was amazed at how bad the fitment was - apparently they had to use something like 4 metres of fibreglass to mould it and make it fit.. Anyway i'm not having a go at JM-Auto racing i just thought i'd give you a heads up incase you do source one from there. In my opinion, i wouldn't do it. I don't like the idea of making my car (should i say old car..) that is unique try to look like a GTR. The concept itself doesn't make sense to me. I mean the car itself is different - what's the point of putting a GTR front bar on it? You can't say it's to be different or unique.. If i were to put any aftermarket front bar on my car it'd probably be the Kuruma Z or Nismo with a CF splitter. Anyway, goodluck with whatever way you go - but bear in mind if you buy a bad fitting bumper or even hood it's going to cost you an absolute fortune to fit. The car i just posted has $20,000 worth of body parts/paint.. which is just crazy.
  18. Sold the V35 today. I'm going to miss it
  19. It's a sad day indeed - i have sold my baby

  21. not too sure, the keys are almost identicle to a late model d40 navara - i think they're a bit more chunky though.
