yeah that is true. I think considering the modifications, condition & reasonably low km's i think what i'm asking is fair. That is of course comparing with other cars on the market that are the same and i bet none of those manuals have the same CD009 gearbox as mine. Anyway, we'll see what happens i guess.

doesn't bug/tar remover get rid of that residue? when i bought my car the previous owner looked like he literally attacked the rear nissan badge with a screw driver and left a long/deep scratch where it was.. got the boot resprayed the painted removed the other badges for me.

If you're going to remove the Skyline badge you may as well get rid of the 350GT i don't think the nissan badge and the 350gt badge without the skyline would look good at all. I prefer my car debadged front and rear, only because these are rare cars and not many people know what they are.

I had one guy offer me 17k and you can guess what i said to him. Yeah the auto's with that many km's would be a tough one indeed. I have had some local interest this last few days which is good, thanks dude

Hi mate, join our V35 Drivers Facebook group. They are based in the US and there is a whole bunch of vendors on there that do well priced bodykits/parts. You just have to be careful and pick one that has proven good fitment.

haha trust me, it's too low for the driveway even in the ix35 the rear sensors go mental when i back out because the sensors are facing the ground. so i can just imagine the front bar or even the rear bar of my car getting destroyed entering and exiting haha..

exactly the same reason why mine is for sale. mine sits in the street, too low to get into the driveway and even if i could it'd be exposed just as much as in the street. it sucks.

Yep.. he's full of shit. My V35 has been extremely reliable engine-wise. Has not missed a beat since owning it.. Interior from factory i think is pretty basic, but keep in mind they are a 10 year old car.. but i do love my leather Gearbox, he is sort of correct. At least in the 03-05 models with the CD001. I have upgraded to the CD009 which is standard in the 06-07 and has stronger synchro's and it's amazing. The early model gearboxes are known to have 3rd and 5th synchro issues, i had lost 5th synchro by 80,000km.. Toyota and Holden are still increasing sales and profits - Hyundai is now the fastest growing car manufacturer.. everyone else should be fine. Ford just kept producing the same product every year at stupid prices and barely changed anything. The costs involved in manufacturing the cars especially labour impacted Ford's failure the most..

Good to hear mate, better than paying double for a brand new one and the wait as well. Wreck V35's is always a great idea for bits and pieces like that - my window motor went out and so did my door lock and i managed to find both for $150 both working like brand new.. there are bargains to be found!
