I know that the number of older Japanese performance cars on the road in Japan would be fairly low now, but do people generally have a lot of respect for the older cars? I'd assume that the older guys do, but what about the younger generations? And what older cars do they have a lot of respect for? (aside from the obvious Hakosukas', S30s and KPCs)

The JMS upgrade for the Silvia in HPI used GTSt Type m 4 pots with new 4*114.3 rotors (not redrilled 5 studs) they might have been NA rotors, not sure. So basically we need different struts? You just need wheels that instead of having dish have the hub recessed in the centre with the spokes on the outside

I just looked at an old issue of HPI where they bolted R33 GTS25t brakes on to a CA18 Silvia. The 4 pot callipers bolted straight on to the Silvia calliper mounts, and they just used rotors that were 275mm vented, 4*114.3 (cant remember the thickness though, but reasonably thick) that JMS sourced. Are our calliper mounts the same as S13? If they are then this seems to be a reasonably good way to go

The number I gave is for fronts, they seem ok, not chewing out the rotors as fast as the metallic pads that were in there before

I'd probably remove all hit related bits of posts off this thread, if he's their IT guy he's going to see where a few hits have come from and find it. Talking about getting a hit on someone, while in the knowledge that they will see it and with the intent that it will cause them to fear harm is assault. Actually, a bunch of you going to the store to try and scare him into paying up is also assault

My old man had a triple weber mid/late 60's Skyline 4 door in the 70's, one of his friends had a few of them. I've got photos of a few of them from the Winton Historic meeting a couple of weeks back if anyone is interested

Yeah, but I don't have a good fmic, 14psi, full exhaust or a tune... If I did I reckon I could get close to 160ish.... 150 at least. I do have cheaper rego though

Sweeet. I think I might up the boost because that should lean it off a bit, it seems to still be running a bit rich Might hook the headlight washers up to dribble on the standard intercooler, wet it before I plant it to help it dissipate heat a bit better
