Base tune for run in gave 349rwhp on14psi @ 5000rpm. Saying safe with that at the moment as i have to fix a few things. 02 sensor died and they have to work out why there is a random tps fault. Cuts fuel and leans it out. Jumps all over the rev range. So going to park it up till we know what is going on.

Changed the color of the cam covers back to blue. Think it looks better.

If it out of a ve commodore I'm sure Holden would use a quality one from factory. -

Been told by my tuner 3" will be fine for 550rwhp with no cat and straight through muffler.
-
Thats what I was talking about.
-
Pump will or won't be. Just trying to understand what you wrote. I know that the injectors will be near maxed.
-
Ok this is my fuel system. Walbro 460 e85 pump -6 lines 1000cc injectors on a rb30 25 neo. Gtx3582r with .82 rear. Hoping to make 550rwhp. Or 420rwkw on either pump98 or e85. Starting to lean towards e85. Can anyone see a problem with this setup.
-
Ok thanks everyone.
-
Ok than. I've heard that e85 turns into a jelly. Has anyone ever had this happen to them
-
What fuel are you running? 30psi i would expect to see more hp than that
-
Interesting. I found this on the net.
-
So a 3 1/2"dump 700mm lone back to a straight through 3"with 100 cel cat with 50mm wastegate merged back in the 3" pipe should be able to handle 420 to 450rwkw?
-
Not all fuel systems are fully sealed. Mine is a lc torana. They never sealed properly from factory.
-
As i have said before. If it's sealed its fine. Leave it open and see what happens.
-
Back in the car. Just a few more things to do.

I've done it on a R34gtt 25neo but it's not in a skyline. -
420rwkw on pump fuel
-
Old system was on a 25 Neo making 422 rear wheel horsepower
-
Ok I'm starting this post to see what is working for everyone. My new engine is a 3025 neo built engine and I want to maximize its performance. Old system is a 3inch turbo back 100 cel cat straight through muffler. Was thinking about doing a 4inch dump pipe to 3 inch from dump back.

Haltech Flex Sensor Vs Gm Flex Sensor
lcxu105 replied to sinistaGTR's topic in Forced Induction Performance
I have been told that gm is the only manufacturer of fuel flex sensor and any others are just rebranded gm products.
