  1. Engine covers sold, mine never had a coil cover and i can have a look at the heat sheild but i think it got bent n twisted removing it sorry mate
  2. Cheers mate definatley makes the late nights worthwhile! Really wanted to be driving august 1st but $$$ mean i cant order bits i need just yet also bought the msd ls1 caps and msd lead but seems to have been a waste of money i cant make these leads go through the plug for the life of me! Rather frustrated. First thing thats genuinely beaten me
  3. Cheers mate. I was sitting looking at it last night its nowhere near what some people have build but for my first ever build in the shed that i have lol. Yeah was looking at the turbo beanies and some titanium heat wrap just keep some heat away from everything. Also forgot to upload this pic of the fuel system aswell.
  4. Well its been a long ass weekend! Fuel system is 99% done Also engine bay is 99% buttoned up. Was hoping for fireup basically now but friday night i figured i was missing a rather important part of the puzzle... plug leads. So called around but noone had any of the MSD kits in stock so that didnt happen So after working out that i had no leads i didnt pull any all nighters so all that is left is wire up the CAS to haltech, hookup fuel pump power to lift and 044 then abit of wiring in the cabin and should be ready for dyno. Then will focus on suspension and handling again. Aiming for a reliable 300rwkw so nothing extrodinary but we had too much grip for the power we had so gain some more power chase some more grip then wind her up abit more. There is an engine in the works and that is when you will see the dry sump come into play Cheers for reading guys!! PS hopefully have a startup video next weekend!!
  5. Well well its been one busy ass week sorry for the delay in ipdates but i had 3 boxes of aeroflow gear rockup so have been smashing out a heap of work after work each night. So hot side is all done, manifold is fitted, turbo is done all water lines, oil feed and drain is done. And have tacked up the gate pipe and main exhaust. Have the new intercooler hung and pipes are almost finished need some different silicone bends but these will do for now. Also new oil cooler setup is done. Have mounted it behind the drivers side vent in the bumper and planning on fitting a power steering cooler on the passenger side. Also had to modify the block so that it would take the autometer oil pressure sender. The oil filter will be pointing down into the lower area behind the bumper for easy access and less mess. Also left the oil fittings loose on the cooler so that we can fill the cooler prior to filling the enging so that we can prime the system instead of it having to fill the cooler Also got a new fuel rail the aeroflow stuff is amazing quality! Have started doing the new poly windows. And the interior is coming together now. Still have to fit the new seat but that will happen once i can get the car out the shed.have removed the whole handbrake assembly and finished all the brake lines Long ass post but hope u enjoy lol
  6. Yeah already have tank and a heater strap for it its a 11L tank picked one up cheaper than i could be bothered making one. Cheers for the imput guys
  7. Also is that your VL? Looks clean!
  8. Yeah the fluid between the tank and the pump is under no pressure at all its only a gravity feed to the pump. Yeah that was the idea just wasnt sure we have corner weighted it an we have moved the battery placement further back and the firebomb back so adding another 15kg to the back pass side will be awesome for corner weight. My main concern was having oil get to the pump but solong as the pump is below the oil level in the tank and no part of the oil line goes above oil level in the tank gravity should feed the pump no problem
  9. The pump will be at the engine so all the lines are doing is feeding a flow of oil to the pump. The feed line at -12 and the return line is -16 so there will be minimal restrictions from that sence
  10. Yeah turns out as long as the oil lines dont go above the height of the oil in the tank is will feed anyway. Still a little while away but trying to plan the build so we dont fill spots that need to be clear
  11. Will this fit an RB25 Neo? Sorry for the question i have tried searching with no obvious answer
  12. Not the r34 but got the mini cooper cage done
  13. Not too much this weekend. Doing a rollcage for a mini cooper try earn some extra $$$ new weekend WILL be productive though yesterday paid a large bill for a HEAP of Aeroflow bits. They shot me a message and they are now a sponsor so will be adding them to the lineup. So the car now has a nice new fuel system, intercooler and pipework, oil system etc.. will be rather exciting and lots happening next weekend. Need to find someone down south end of adelaide who can crimp on 4 and 8 gauge lugs for my power and earth runs if anyone knows of someone. Also just got myself a trusty hauler a ford wagon so that will be the new parts hauler and tow vehicle!
  14. Definatley coming along in leaps and bounds mate. Hope to oneday meetup at a track once my 34 is finished
  15. Sorry guys not too many updates this weekend. No pictures either I have been putting off doing housework for the past couple of months so today i dug into it haha. Missus wanted to take out a concrete pathway that splits up our backyard so broke that all up But i did manage to get the TPS mounted to the new throttle body. Also got the inlet manifold bolted upto the motor and have mocked up the IC pipes so now know what bends and joiners etc that i need to will get onto ordering that this week. Sorry guys i was wanting to get a chunk done this weekend
  16. Woop woop sockets etc... now mounted aswell. Slowly building a shed haha. Will hopefully get some progress pics this weekend.
  17. Well got a little bit done last night. Got the injectors all wired up and nice n tidy.
  18. Stitch mate will be a 20mm on 20mm off
  19. Trying to get the shed setup abit when you have absolutley no room haha Also getting ready to seam weld the front end
  20. Hahaha sorry mate works been hectic and thats whats paying for the build lol. I got one of the Chinese FFP and it needs some love so have just been attacking all the ports and port matching and blending it all. But my biggest concern is the water outlet as there meant to be a "tollerence" fit and it was as loose as a goose so have drilled and tapped the manifold and machined the outlet Will try get some more updates this week tho
  21. Gotta love doing wiring diagrams...
  22. Its an Exidy HD from an rb25. I took it out to go chromo flywheel and twin plate. Was mint when removed man. Took a pic of the meat on the plates
