Best thing about Zed and Zilla is they probably wouldnt realise their names have changed, sounds a lot like ned and jimmy to a dog i reckon

yeah, you can change the name of a dog at a young age and its ok, thats what I was told by a vet when we got our dog at 1.5 yrs old.

I agree, you should call them Zed and Zilla - decide which is going to be Kel's dog and which is going to be Duncan's dog (yes, I realise you have taken on joint ownership here, but work with me...), and name each one based on this.

OK, so I tried all of the suggested names tonight.

The boys turned their noses up at Datto and Navara (what a surpise!). They were kinda interested in most of the other options- esp. Race and Worx.

But strangely enough, Zed and Zilla seemed to be teh winners

I will make no comment on the fact that the *Mummy's Boy* - the dog previously known as Ned- favours Zed as his name ........

Yep that sounds about right Kel,,,and the fact he has a warm bed,quality food and love. Trust is a big thing in a puppies learning cycle.
