Topaz
Hey all, I just order the following for my GTR and I'm wondering if its easy to fit any of it myself or whether professional assistance is needed (except the spacers I think I can manage with them ) - 20mm KICS wheel spacers - Apexi Turbo Timer (including harness for R32 GTR) - HICAS Lock Bar - Oil Filter Moval Kit With the oil filter kit I will have to move my alarm siren coz its right in the damn way (bolted to the suspension housing in the bay) or, how much would it cost to get it all fitted?...plus, I guess, with an oil+filter change! damono
Don't get a $2.99 oil filter, you'll only get flamed ... Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/102100-just-ordered-some-things/#findComment-1874641 Share on other sites
GTS-t VSPEC
All of it is pretty easy to do yourself, but the HICAS lock bar may require two people. mitchy_
All of it is pretty easy to do yourself, but the HICAS lock bar may require two people. Cheers Paul <{POST_SNAPBACK}> pfft pansy! hicas lock bar is doable by yourself, 2 people is best tho. however you will most likely need a wheel alignment after fitment anyway, so wether you fit it and then get it aligned, or get them to do it all is your choice. Geoff who sells them said it should only take about 30 mins if they install it for you while up on a hoist, so its not an expensive exercise. (took me about an hour crunched under the car by myself) Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/102100-just-ordered-some-things/#findComment-1874799 Share on other sites
