ive actually got an arc 450x280x~65 fmic, its got the entry, and exit pipes both facing where the stock R33 intercooler piping comes from, so you only need to extend the pipes a bit, and no need to cut through the firewall.

im looking for $150 for it, if you are interested,or want pics, let me know.

most workshop can do it,

but saying that if i was to buy a cooler again i would go jap (trust/hks or apexi) as i find custom piping to be a joke compare to jap piping kit

my mate has a trust kit the piping looks better and fits 100% with no problems hitting the bonnet or hitting the fan

hm im sorry but what do u mean by low mount manifold and high mount i would like mine i nthe normal place lol where most ppl have it and 250 bux sounds a bit cheap ?

So you have a low mount (I meant the turbo placement). The $250 is for fitting a complete kit. If you need piping and stuff done that would be extra. If you have the full kit including the piping then it should be around $250

Cheers

JB :P

You can do it yourself if you got some time up your sleeve. As long as you get your self a good 3" metal hole saw, those kits are pretty easy to install, you just need patience and small hands to get into the finnicky bits. Took me about a day to do, but i was using wrong tools and didnt know what I was doing

And yes.. std turbo = low mount

ahh turbo placement now i got ya yea im still running the stock turbo so i guess thats low mount i was told it would be around 1200 for a full intercooler kit fitted

Yeah thats about right...for fmic, piping and fitting. You can get genuine Hybrid full kits for about $850. So if you install yourself like damono suggests you will save yourself a few hundred bucks :)

Unique Auto Sports have a full kit for $700...dont know how good that one is, or Mod Your Car have genuine hybrid kits for $800 plus whatever the shipping cost is...then you could try and do it yourself. I would have tried doing some of the work on mine myself, but at the moment I am about 20,000 miles away :) makes it a bit hard

    • Drain it. I got official Matic D but you can get whatever is listed as Matic D compatible.
    • Thanks guys,  Yeah I should at least have them dynoed, at least then I know what I've got as a starting point.  The springs on these are hard as rocks. I vaguely remember Russman saying he was going to sell the shocks to me with the rocks fitted, as he was keeping the softer springs for his new setup.  I didn't click at the time but of course that was to let me know the shock/spring wouldn't be matched.  I also remember pricing up new springs around 2014-15, but, house, money etc. it never happened. So that was another reason to have them rebuilt. I have rebuilt the forks on many motorcycles so I think I could handle the seals on these easily enough, but getting the valving right would be a rabbit hole I cbf exploring.  Duncan, interesting to hear RP was tuning these back then. I might give them a call.  In the mean time I have been busy fitting sway bars. The Whiteline rear sway bar I purchased 15 years ago finally got fitted, along with the Whiteline front bar that showed up last week. Just waiting on new links for the front sway bar to finish that off.  And my spare set of advan AVS VS5's should be back from the powder coaters in a Pearl White finish sometime this week, with a set of Hankook RS4's lined up for fitting.  And then I just have all the suspension bushes to do. A comprehensive kit is on the way... Lots to do before the Ararat hill climb. Cheers guys 🍻
    • Nice car! I’m glad folks in the US have gotten past the FnF and are buying real cool cars like the 260RS I was with a bunch of mates in Portland about a year ago and spotted a green Stagea (just a regular 2.5T AWD) parked about 2 blocks away and they were like “a what?” So I made a bet with them for a round of beers and said “ok one of you run down there and tell me if the steering wheel is on the correct side” 5 mins later the American comes trudging back up the hill and goes “he’s right guys. Ok what beer do you want?”
    • Should replace OR drop the tank, give it's good clean. Might be worth replacing that entire fuel level/pump/cradle thing with this: https://frenchysperformancegarage.com/products/fpg-s13-180sx-r32gtst-single-pump-hanger-kit-billet-hat-6-v3-fpg-089?gQT=2
