Hey guys, just thought I'd post a pic of where I am up to,,

Started buying bits a while ago and then came across a complete package,,

so I will have some stuff for sale in the for sale section as soon as I get my finger out and take the pics,

but as you can see I am a bit on the busy side,,

I will have a complete Hybrid intercooler kit,, an SS321 Japmod topmount manifold, an XS Power dump pipe, and a Greddy type S blow off valve (genuine R33 boxed kit),, all parts are new and I will post them up soon,,

Once I get it all running I may see if there is anyone here that I could get some web assistance in setting up all the Greddy engine management that I have too (e-manage, profec e-01 etc,),,,,

looking forward to test driving,,,,

lol

cheers

John

Yer I hope all goes well,,

The biggest time consumer has been all the pollishing!!

I still have a shyte load of stainless intercooler piping to buff up yet,,

I would have loved to have finshed off with some nice adjustable timing gears but I'm on a pension and just totally ran out of funds,,,,

cheers

John

what brand is your turbo?? i've got a t-78 on the 31 but we cant figure out what brand it is cause their isnt any markings on it

It's an ohwebecheap XS power,,

will buy a good one once I break this,,

;)

cheers

John

Looking very nice man!!! What sort of power are you hoping for??

Thanx,, dunno what the outcome will be,, I have a twin plate clutch to drop in later on,, which I reckon I will need,,

Can anybody shed some light on what I should expect from this set up?

I have an E-manage blue, and profec E-012 as well which I am (attempting,,lol) to wire up now,,

cheers

John

and who did your oil lines on the turbo ??

Yer the exhaust is a real tight fit,, I bought the whole kit complete second hand,, the oil lines (feed) looks like an off the shelf job, but the return line is definately a custom,,,

I will post a pic tomorrow of the 3inch pipe fitted up,, I had to move the aircon lines a bit and it is touching the manifold but it is in there,,

cheers

John

what size exhaust did you go ?? looks like you have the same problem as me the exhaust manifold takes up to much room

Here's a couple of more pics,, one of the 3 inch fitted up to the turbo,

John

damn it

looks like I wont be going a 4" from turbo to cat. That suxs

Hmmmm, 4 inch,, that would be nice,,

Don't see that it would be impossible,, but you would have to wave a little magic stick at it,, the three inch is awful tight,,

cheers

John

you need to get rid of them wires going over the tower thou. Run them through the guard like I have. I dont see any wires on that side any more

Yeah I know,,

gotta do something,, at the mo they are just up out of the way till I finish off,, same with the power steer bottle,, it's just swinging in the breeze, will modify the original bracket to mount it,,-- need a stainless one,,

cheers

John

    • Plan on the day will be to park trackside. Depending on space availability we will try put a small shade tent and a few of the cars on top of the hill inside turn 3, this is an easy to get to parking area with views of Turn 2, Turn 3, Turn 4 and Turn 5 and limited other pieces of the view around the track. IMPORTANT NOTE! One consideration from previous years is from memory the trackside parking sells out before the admission tickets, for that reason I encourage anyone planning on coming to buy tickets for parking now via the official website; https://www.worldtimeattack.com/ The type of parking you are looking for is 2 Day Park & View (Access Around Venue) Vehicle Pass Only Please note this does not include admission to the event itself, remember to grab that also, and kids under 12 get in for free!

    • Good time for a carbon roof
    • Not in any way aroused by any of those, except maybe the big AMGs. And that would break my never a Euro, ever, rule.
