Don’t really want to sell it, but I have bought way too much gear of late, including another race seat so need the cash.

The seats FIA compliance has expired, however the seat is still perfectly acceptable for all CAMS L2S and L2NS events, which includes club sprints and drift events.

This is Jason Bright’s old HRT seat and when new was worth $3,800 without cushions/tracks/frame etc.

I am about 5ft 10” and 90kg and the seat is very comfortable. Ppl shorter and weighing less will fit the seat nicely, however if you are much taller then 6ft the harness locations may not be suitable, or weigh more then 95kgs the seat in general may be too tight.

Generally in good condition. The harness plastic surround on the harness hole between the legs is cracked and been removed. Can’t see it though as a new MOMO cushion has been purchased for the seat which has never been used. Also a 12 month old Momo lumbar support comes with the seat.

There is one small tear at the top of the seat where the trim tucks in at the back. Hardly noticeable but it is there.

So generally the seat is in good/fair condition, fair if you are anal like me :)

Come with MOMO side mounts, with either a custom frame to sit low on the floorpan or a brand new Bride frame/rail.

Asking $1,000 ono for seat and frame/rails with pickup from Melbourne CBD. Postage can be arranged at buyers expense, however will require EFT up front.

Breaks my heart to sell it. But there is only so many seats a guy can use in the one car.

Depending on the offer i can do with brand new Bride seat rails/frame. Or with far better Cobra rails and custom frame...up to you and what the offer is, can also do seat alone with no frame or mounts

I'm trying champ but I bet my ass is still too big. :P

Great seat buyers and a genuine, intelligent professional engineer so if this guy says it's good to go then it is.

If only my seat was kevlar instead of the lowly, wussy carbon i have

I have personally tested the seat and can confirm it's the perfect hard core accessory for any wanna be racer. plus you can tell people you have an HRT Jason Bright seat in your car. worth buying it just for that I reckon.

actually pretty good value, as making up the base frame take a bit of stuffing around, and getting someone to weld it up would cost a fair few quid. side mounts can run to a couple of hundred and rails the same so considering it's a bolt straight in option for 32 GTST, 32 GTR, 33 GTR, 34 GTR, S13 (slight mod) not bad at all.

    • Absolute f*cking nightmare. I had to take breaks constantly, and I was always pissed off when I got home. The line split in Italy on day 2 (we drove from the Netherlands), lol. Driving any narrow European town was... well, sh*t.   Appreciate it man. Here, I'll just drop a favourite from the load I took on Saturday.   I'll update here when things happen with the car, the thing is, with stock power and almost everything chassis-wise taken care of, there really are no problems. 268,000kms now and counting.
    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
    • Hey mate,  I have a set, one is slightly damaged but wont be noticable once installed.  Shoot me a message if your still after them
    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
