To be honest I'm not into going to a place with guys just pumping their stereos, I want to join in on just a cruise type of cruise.

Zookey do you know any other JDM or Import cruises on in the following days or maybe sometime this weekend.

If you can find one, then we can organize a meet point for us Skyline guys just to get together talk for a while, then head off to the cruise somebody else has organized all together in one :)

Morning Guys -Zookey , me and Ben @ RB335 had a chat about meeting up for lil drink to get to know with each other and prob not worry going to perth bass cruise, we can meet up somewhere tomorrow and yea go from there ? You keen ?

I would be but will have to see how I go, I have told a few of my friends about the bass cruise (non skyline owners lol) and I may annoy them if they go and I don't? They can also be slack sometimes so might not even decide to go at the last minute, so if you guys keep me posted on what you are doing that way if anything changes can let you all know.

What time is perth bass cruises start ? We can catch up 2 hours before if that's ok ? Prob open area car park and not in a busy area , and you'll get heaps of time to checking out the cars and go to the perth bass ? What do you reckon ? Name the venue and I'll be there

OK - Eye Candy.

First time trying some long exposure night shots, turned out not too bad.
Will add a couple of more pictures later as I'm still going through heaps of shots.

    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.

    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
