Dear Charly,

Many thanks for the Scottish rock candy. I’ve never had rock candy that good before; it sure beats the local gear made in Montville.

Shame your not enjoying it in Scotland, how much longer until your contract is up? What’s employment like in Iceland with the current economic downfall?

Say hi to some blonde for me, when you get there! I’ll keep my eyes peeled for some cereal killers and send them out to the lesser suburbs to kill off the poor people. Maybe when your back we can buy up plenty of cheap real estate to redevelop.

When your back we’ll have another boggle night, like old times.

Best Wishes,

Josh

James - if there hadn't been the balancing comments in that thread from a few different people it would be toast. As it stands, someone got in and put in their side of the story, it was refuted by others... and as far as I can see there's no defamation and no real reason not to leave the thread as a resource for the community. If you or anyone else feels differently then feel free to explain why, with examples if possible, but don't just demand it be deleted without an explanation then cry when it's not done.

PS. Josh is making me blush

Either you're retarded, or you're trying to piss me off. I'm going with option A.

Ok, I'm going to start a thread about how you're a retarded douche who can't moderate for sh1t, and then Josh is going to come on and say, oh no mark is a stand up guy and I would have hos babies, and he's going to lend some "balance to the thread".

Tell me. Are you going to let that thread stand?

I don't think so. Thus, you're a complete hypocrite.

People like you should steer away from positions of leadership, because you don't have the stomach for it.

Josh,

I'm sorry for the brief response as it's late and I'm very tired. THe contract work is good and I only have another 2 months left. The money is good but at the moment I'm dealing with some idiot who can;t follow my logic and it's making me very sad.

Things may have changed in 2 months, but I'm hoping that the field that I've specialised in will profide adequate employment oppurtunities even in these times of uncertainty.

Take care of yourself, and I hope to hear from you soon.

I will be looking foward to another of our boggle nights.

Charly.

Personal attack vs business experience put forward in a non defamatory manner. Not the same.

Not biting, sorry

comments from the super coach

Heh, used to getting your own way aren't you?

I don't give a shit what you think of me.

And the fact that youre a smug wanker just supports my argument that you dont' deserve what you have. You are in love with your mod status, YOu are the carp floundering breathess in a puddle of water after a thunderstorm which is drying up rapidly, you can eat whoever you want in this tiny little puddle right now, but in 20 minutes...... I'd love to tell you what's going to happen but I don't want to ruin the surprise.

I look at how your life is going to turn out and it's justice enough for me.

haha, I likewise don't really care for your opinions of me. Ignoring your baited comments doesn't make me smug, it just means I cbf playing your games today.

My life is going really well actually, thanks. It's nice to know you care :(

lmao, I am enjoying how your obliviousness actually supports what I'm trying to mistakenly communicate. It's actually critical to why I want you to live a very long time. I probably should have seen the fact that you wouldn't have been capable of understanding what I was saying coming. I've become overly optimistic these days; I guess I have to be.

I've been gone from here for a very long time. In that time this place has failed to ressurect it's self, and I'm left asking myself why that is. Perhaps it would be best expressed with the old addage that in order for children to reach their full potential their parents must die.

Maybe it's time to move on and turn this place back over to the drivers. I come here and I can feel the drivers lurking in the background, just itching to come out. But something is stopping them.

Appreciate the fact that being gone would serve a greater good than staying. I did.

Dearest Charly,

I’m sorry to hear you have had to deal with the incompetents of some people for so long. Fortunately your contact ends soon. I wish you all the best with further your career with another company.

When are you due back in Australia?

I myself have been dealing with the stupidity of some people in a similar matter, but that’s a story for another letter.

Regards,

Josh

Turns out the real gate keeper doesn’t wish to fix anything

Turns out the real gate keeper doesn’t wish to fix anything

It's deafening. The silence.

Power is a measure of a person's ability to control the environment around them, including the behavior of other people. Marc, you are sh1t. Watch me dissent; and watch it slip through your fingers like sand.

This place used to belong to the drivers. Now it belongs the the select few wank3rs who stayed and attached to the cow that SAU is like ticks; sucking the blood out until the beast runs dry. Parasitic scum. This is not a good fight, trying to breathe life back into this place. The bloodsucking scum, and you know who you are OWE it to the new people on here, those who STILL ACTUALLY OWN FüCKING SKYLINES, the people with passion, to leave.

IMHO Ska whould make a better mod than any of the team right now. Sure, he's a train wreck and impulsive and irresponsible and reckless, but he has Love for this place, and would do what's best for it.

    • I thought that might be the case, thats what I'll start saving for. Thanks for the info
    • Ps i found the below forum and it seems to be the same scenario Im dealing with. Going to check my ECU coolant temp wire tomorrow    From NICOclub forum: s1 RB25det flooding at start up Thu Apr 11, 2013 7:23 am I am completely lost on this. Car ran perfectly fine when I parked it at the end of the year. I took the engine out and painted the engine bay, and put a fuel cell with an inline walbro 255 instead of the in tank unit I had last year. After reinstalling everything, the engine floods when the fuel pump primes. if i pull the fuel pump fuse it'll start, and as soon as I put the fuse back in it starts running ridiculously rich. I checked the tps voltage, and its fine. Cleaned the maf as it had some dust from sitting on a shelf all winter, fuel pressure is correct while running, but wont fire until there is less than 5psi in the lines. The fuel lines are run correctly. I have found a few threads with the same problem but no actual explanation of what fixed it, the threads just ended. Any help would be appreciated. Rb25det s1 walbro255 fuel pump nismo fpr holset hx35 turbo fmic 3" exhaust freddy intake manifold q45tb q45 maf   Re: s1 RB25det flooding at start up Fri Apr 12, 2013 5:07 am No, I didn't. I found the problem though. There was a break in one of the ecu coolant temp sensor wires. Once it was repaired it fired right up with no problems. I would have never thought a non working coolant temp sensor would have caused such an issue.
    • Hi sorry late reply I didnt get a chance to take any pics (my mechanics on the other side of the city) but the plugs were fouled from being too rich. I noticed the MAF wasn't genuine, so I replaced it with a genuine green label unit. I also swapped in a different ignitor, but the issue remains. I've narrowed it down a bit now: - If I unplug and reconnect the fuel lines and install fresh spark plugs, the car starts right up and runs perfectly. Took it around the block with no issues - As soon as I shut it off and try to restart, it won't start again - Fuel pressure while cranking is steady around 40 psi, injectors have good spray, return line is clear, and the FPR vacuum is working. It just seems like it's getting flooded after the first start I unplugged coolant sensors to see if its related to ECU flooding but that didnt make a difference. Im thinking its related to this because this issue only started happening after fixing coolant leaks and replacing the bottom part of the stock manifolds coolant pipe. My mechanic took off the inlet to get to get to do these repairs. My mechanics actually just an old mate who's retired now so ill be taking it to a different mechanic who i know has exp with RBs to see if they find anything. If you have any ideas please send em lll give it a try. Ive tried other things like swapping the injectors, fuel rail, different fuel pressure regs, different ignitor, spark plugs, comp test and MAF but the same issue persists.
    • My return flow is custom and puts the return behind the reo, instead of at the bottom. All my core is in the air flow, rather than losing some of it up behind the reo. I realise that the core really acts more as a spiky heatsink than as a constant rate heat exchanger, and that therefore size is important.... but mine fits everything I needed and wanted without having to cut anything, and that's worth something too. And there won't be a hot patch of core up behind the reo after every hit, releasing heat back into the intake air.
    • There is a really fun solution to this problem, buy a Haltech (or ECU of your choice) and put the MAF in the bin.  I'm assuming your going to want more power in future, so you'll need to get the ECU at some stage. I'd put the new MAF money towards the new ECU.
