If i lease, the cost of servicing is built in. but its around 300 bucks per 10,000km

Ok that makes sense. Some leases don't offer that. That's not bad either. Some places have 5k km for the first 3 and then 7k and then 10k. Just crazy!

Yeah, well there is a 1000km one but it is free.

Subes are even better only every 12500km!

12.5 ks actually works really well. Only problem is the incredibly dirty head they givee ;)

yeah, I dont love the idea of a boxer but apparently they are ok, they never seem to be able to match the claimed fuel consumption though

Flog the bejeebus out of it in your 24 hour test and then go back and say it used xl/100km instead of your yl/100km that you claim. Not interested. And as you walk away, they should just drop the price :D

I imagine they will just say 'that's because you flogged the hell out of it '

So, I've done some research into sprint days. Categories are as follows: 4 cyl, 6 cyl, 8 cyl and AWD. Turbo/super charged vehicles move up on category therefore Mike and Nick will be in the same category for sprints.

what you really want is put Acrapbomb in the middle of this..

What's the issue?

its a two prong issue actually (GST and CGT) an - a contract of sale fell through (thanks to dodgy buyers) was to be going a concern but now the client may be strata titling

1. what are the CGT implications

2. what are the GST implications

3. how are the deposits / installments / received from previous potential purchaser treated i.e. subject to CGT - what CGT event (I think A1 but is deferred if satisfy continuum of events for two years)

4. are the legal costs incurred so far to date to be capitalised (may depend on CGT treatment of forfeited deposits)

5. how will the deposits be recognised for accounting purposes

there you go mate. I will leave it with you. Property in question has a estimated mv of $7M

    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
