talk to the client and then then CBA. If CBA pulls out. Then there are other banks which are keen. So not everything is lost.

I will sort it out..........

as per usual

Lol. You sound like me. What time did you end up leaving? Also, if you need contacts at banks, I know a guy who's a relationship manager at a big 4 and a girl who's at one of the 2nd tier banks. :). Happy to help as required.

Morning guys!

So, have an issue with the maxima.

Found oil blow by on the air filter and through the intake

First two plugs on right hand side bank seem to be pretty detonated through excess heat

Battery died from getting too hot

Still plenty of coolant there and no rust or anything in the radiator.

Going to do a coolant flush any other bright ideas?

I left at 7:45. Not that bad. Should be ok. The client has had enough of CBA and will no doubt use their bargaining power (lots of kesh). Thanks for the offer / help

oil breather is normal to have a small amount of oil into the intake, how old are the plugs? how did a battery get too hot? blocked pump or rad will screw with your heat, but you should see that on the gauge.

easy solution though. Buy an RB....or put an LS1 in it.....lol

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
