is it definately the turbo? there could be a very small chance that it is one of the belts (fan, etc) slipping with the sudden increase of acceleration. then once they heat up they are slightly stickier so they grip a bit better. worth a look atleast.

If you can get to your in take tube easily take that off the turbo and see how much end float you have. Just grab the turbo shaft and try and move it back and fourth. There should be a little bit of end float so don't be alarmed if it does move a bit. (Do this when the engine is cold and stopped). If there doesn't seem to be much end float you may have a leaking intake manifold gasket. A easy may to check this is to start your engine and let it idle, get a can of aerostart and LIGHTLY spray it around the intake manifold where it bolts to the haed. if you have a leak it will be sucked into engine and you will hear your engine start to run a little rough and maybe increase in RPM. (Try not to spray aero start any where near electrical conectors eg injectors). As i said you will only need a little bit of this stuff to notice a difference in the way your engine run, so don't just keep spraying it around for the fun of it, as it make's a hell of a mess.

Hope that helps mate.

manifold turbo gasket bro

if ur real unlucky turbo but go with the first 1

have a look around the flange for black shit as a sign leakage

thanks for that ill do that the squeal is actually a screeching sound hopefully its what you guys say it is
