R34gt To R33 Gtr

Hey i know that all the GTR's use the same block but obviously there are improvements and little differences

but would the r33 GTR engine still be a drop in for the R34 GT non turbo?

all rb's are "drop ins" for all other rbs as they all use the same engine mounts (as far as i know)

but then you need to sort the electrics etc....but the 4wd side of things.

assuming you wanna keep it RWD, then shouldnt be too difficult, there are a few around with this already done

Hrmm i thought they were drop ins... cheers for assuring ^_^ RWD will be crazy... Think of the torque O_O.

Gonna turn my R34 non turbo into a project soon... Response monster... Mines Skyline is one of the hardest revving cars ive seen...

cost effective? no

safe? probably not

if you drop the rb26 into your n/a gtt then you need to upgrade the brakes, clutch, tyres, suspension and whatever else is attached

just sell it and buy a gtr

Yeh would be alot better also if i had 4wd... =[. I'm thinking you guys seen the best motoring mines skyline? see how it chops through every gear?

Yeah, if you got $$$ to get the one of Mines GT-R, then do it.

But you're better off selling your n/a to get turbo or GT-R in end of the day.
