Abo Bob - I can answer that question before he does, its the standard 4.3:1 or wateva the r32 gtst diff is...I think it might have gtr axles, not sure I know he snapped/shagged the last gtst axles that were on there at WSID when he was trying to beat his 12.2 time..

Hi Adam

the catch can is from just jap, there for an r32 gtr, there a couple around has the site glass on the inner guard side too.I read in the drag day where you broke your drive shaft and didn't it bring back memory's .Atm I've still got gtst drive shafts in the car though I am after some gtr one's just seem to miss out when they come up and haven't looked at putting the gtr diff in as there a little longer and will have to get the tailshaft shortened.

I have spare gtst diff and drive shafts ftm but will be looking at a l.5 way in the near future when I have some gtr drive shafts.Hadn't gotten around to putting anything in the black one as I wrote it of the week I broke the drive shaft. Hope to see you at the dyno day

Cheers Peter

No Haven't had the chance this week only got 270klm on the new engine but going for a run up the putty to Newcastle and back on Sunday by the time I get back should be enough klm's for its second service .Want mine all run in and tuned for the dyno day as well

Cheers Peter

    • If this, then this You can't really get away without it. There are hacks that you can do in Nistune, but things are much easier with the sensor than without it. If you're not planning to Nistune the ECU, then stop right now and add it to your plan anyway, because the ECU is going to shit the bed over the missing ABS and TC computers that it expects to see, and you need Nistune to stop it chucking all its toys over the side of the crib.
    • hey guys, so ive done a complete +t conversion using mostly stock parts on my rb20de neo r34.  Im wanting to know if a boost pressure sensor is needed? Seems like the engine cuts out when i try to do a pull and I have a feeling its because a boost pressure sensor is missing. I'm using a stock r34 rb25det neo ecu.
    • @Sydneykid, I'm also keen on a price for a set to suit a 260RS
    • Then nismo is your only option
    • I agree it's subjective, I'm likely going to have to see if a local owner with a Nismo twin plate or some other twin plate is willing to let me try parking lot maneuvering with their car to really feel confident. But it sounds like for now that's probably the way I'm going. The Nismo clutch is full face organic + copper blend as far as I can tell with a sprung hub and a relatively low spec pressure plate. That's a combination of things that seems like it should stack the deck in its favor. Twin plate is the only hang-up honestly, I've never driven one so I don't know if it's too grabby for me and my poor driving skill. Kind of interesting, but I really don't feel like doing a conversion to push clutch.
