I have read the thread which also states you had 2 nardi wheels, sold one (which was not the $100 one) making this the $100 one. Unless you had 3 nardi wheels now...

$250 is below average for this wheel (normally see them go for $300 in good nick).

guys this is not a thread for price discussion. but I will say to arkhaeon $300 second hand it a bit extreme. they are under $400 brand new!

if this guy wants to sell it for $250 that is fair enough. it's his wheel so he can ask whatever he likes for it. whether he will get it or not depends on whether or not someone else thinks it's worth that.
