I would be happy to retail any merchandise you have from our retail shop out the front of the workshop. Let me know if you are at all interested.

Yep LOOF we have heaps of SAU Lanyards in stock, you can get them at pretty much any event.

Re stickers, there are 2 types available, 1 large on for the windscreen that says www.skylinesaustralia.com, and the other small one that says SAU and has the stoveplate taillights.

Either are $10 delivered to club members :P

We also have shirts, hats and jackets available already, see the link in my sig :D

or what about a wallet with SAU

and mouse pad with SAU that might be cool too

or even put to gether a SAU DVD with all the events over the year to be published to the forum and members

regards andrew

Ideas added to list... Thanks Andrew.

Mouse pad is up high on the agenda, as it's pretty easy to organise and have done.

Will look into the other two later on, hopefully.

I bet you all have a Sydway..

Do a nice leather bound cover.Say in black with the red and white SAU on front.

And dont do seat covers.. :P in a Skyline :woot:

Do a Drivers seat cover for when its at the workshop getting a tune..

Say in red or yellow or even blue with SAU on it but washable..

Just another handy hint from

SAU vic............................Cheers

How about either a small sticker for the quarter window or a card you can put on the dash with SAU logo and your ID/avatar pic on it? When your out cruisin or parked you can display your card with your ID and peeps will know/recognise who you are on the site and can put names/cars/avatars/id's together. Sometimes you talk to people on the site for ages and only know them by thier ID, it would help people get to know each other at show n shine or cruises etc. If it was a display card you could keep it in the glove box and display it whenever you wanted, a sticker is more permanent so maybe not as good an idea. It would only have to be credit card size or a bit bigger.....

    • Hope you aren't too sore after that one, might take a day or 2 to notice yet and I guess it is a loooooong drive home. On the bright side, tube frame front end is a thing at superlap, right?

    • The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same. There are plenty of discussions on here about this issue from al the many years of people wanting a cheap/accessible option. https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/ https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/
