Hey Guys/Girls,

In february (not entirely sure of the dates yet) me and my line will be on holidays on the gold coast.

So if you have any cruises or weekly meetups going on can someone drop me a pm with details of such.

Once I go up not sure if i will have net access but before then will organise to give someone my mobile number so i can contacted... I am in the process of becoming a NSW SAU member but its only been one week so not sure how long it'll take for welcome pack, etc. to come thru.

Drew.

gee thanks for the hot tip... thought some one might know of some one, or has one and never botherd to try sell it....

hot tip no.2 ring some wreckers...i'd wager a guess that your chances are higher they've got one than the off chance someone in the sunny coast thread has one.

hot tip no.3 Post a wtd add in the fs section.

Ok thanks.

Ahh, stupid me now the heading makes sense Sunshine Coast.

Yeah i know alex, he works at pages, thats no good, atleast he didnt hit a gutter again

he did a good job of messing his mags up when he hit that gutter. turned a 5 spoke mag into a 4 point giant ninja star/paper weight.

How do you know him? hes not too happy about it all

hey sunny coasters, just wondering where would be a good area to live on the northern side of the sunny coast that isn't too exxy.. i've worked up there and stayed at buderim and mooroochydore, are they expensive places to rent if say i wanted a fairly decent 2br townhouse? compared to say brisbane (inner) ....

i'm looking at moving there from logan lol

Buderim with a view is, buderim with out a view isn't.

Depends what part of Mdore... they are some nasty area's, and some nice area's.

i dont care much for views, and would need to be close to the hospitals in the area like sunshine coast private or noosa hospital... (yes i know noosa isn't close to maroochydore :))

I had no back seat and a roll cage.

so, no broad minded personz.

sif roll cage would stop you...rofl

Noosa: Well noosa proper is relativley expensive...but go out a bit (like 5mins not doing 200+kmph) and you'll find prices a little less budget breaking. How much do you want to spend?

i know people who know him.

but he really should get a car that will handle a bit better than a falcon. if he had a car the handled a bit better he might not have spun out a few weeks back in front of my mate (who ended up hitting a sign post while trying to avoid him).

HAHAHA this is true!

Even 5 minutes out has gone up, major rent shortage, paying atleast $410pr/wk for a 1970’s brown brick

Hi all,

Speakin of renting. Me and a friend of mine are looking for a 3+ bedroom house/townhouse with at least a Single lock up garage and maybe enough room for two other cars.

I have tried most of the agents but like i said if anyone knows of someone can you please contact me via PM

Thanks guys

Matt

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
