The nismo bodykit doesnt have a lip or even provision for one:

The aero/altia kit - the lip is in-built

You're after the nissan factory-option lip (I have one on my car). Note, there are two types - one for turbo and one for non-turbo (allows for the vent on the passenger side of the bar). The picture you've included is of the non-turbo type. Either way, knowing the right words/search terms might help find one. Took me about 3-4 years of searching to pick up a genuine one second-hand, but I've seen them come up a lot more in the last 12 months than they used to. You can pick them up in fibreglass from places like carmate.
