Hey, I'll introduce myself also. I work at hand car wash with schultz and we offer great service and even better for SAU members . @ bobjones: when you say we buff and remove the paint... you don't have any idea what your talking about, the wax we use with a worx wash is applied in the soap sud washing process... there's no buffing whatsoever.

Anyone that would like more attention paid to smaller detail are recommended to drop in on monday or tuesday as we are not busy on these days.

@schultzr33 and f31n7: was nice to speak to you guys today, maybe next time when we're not in a hurry we might actually get you to wash the 33!

Was nice to speak to u as well. And yeah, we'de be happy to wash ur car...see u next time.

Went in today to get the 33 washed, but they were too busy and said to come back tomorrow :pirate:

Hopefully I get a chance to drop in sometime around 2ish tomorrow to get the car washed.

OK. Operating hours are 7:30 to 5:00 mon-sat ....although if u want the works done it is best to bring ur car in before 4:30. And on Sun, operating hours are 8:30 - 4:00. If we're not busy a polish and wash can take UP TO 2 hrs, but can normally be done in approx an hour.

So, if I drop by on Saturday morning at 7:30am I'd be able to get the WORX done? :(

saturday mornings would be busy as hell i'd imagine, expect maybe 40-45 mins to drive away with your car again?

edit: actually thats not such a bad idea, my car got owned from rain, then got dust blown over it by strong winds while it was still wet, it looks like its been in a rally, so i think i'll get another wash before scc =P

Hey mel were abouts is this place?

If you go to the end of Creek onto Logan and turn left. It is right there on the other side of the road.

I was planning to go there first thing as well. Maybe they can just hold it open for skylines tomorrow morning.

Hehe ..Yeah, I don't want them to rush it because of other cars though and I want it looking nice for the SCC on Sunday.

What time are you going there tomorrow morning?

    • Cats are called Bella, and Donna...  Like that poisonous plant And I remember your 2 monsters, I remember making a little bit of wee when you let them out... LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it
    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
    • Not to mention they drive like a bucket of bolts! yuck!
