Need Help - Cannot Remove Strut Brace

Hey guys need some advice.

One of the nuts holding the strut brace down just spins the whole bolt, making it impossible to remove it.

Hope I am describing this properly. Tried the easy things like spraying a bit of CRC etc but no luck.

Is there a way I can access this bolt from underneath to hold it? It has Tien coilovers if that makes a difference.

How would I go about this?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

yeah, you can. It's happened to me before.

on my shock, the bolt was an allen key bolt, so I just got under, and hooked it up.

OK cool. So just rip the wheel off and I can get to it easily?

Just want to know before I get under there. As you have probably figured out I am a bit of a novice

I had to pull the spring off the strut and tac a weld on the stud when it happened to me.

Well I had to do just that. Pulled the strut out just now and will take the top hat to go get a few tac welds tomorrow.

Pretty easy fix after all. Thanks for the help guys.

umm try a rattle gun first ..

mates r32 did that with a normal socket, but rattle gun took it off no worries.

try that before welding
