the first skyline i ever drove had really blue bulbs as the high beam (i mean really blue). they were a pain to drive with on and low beam was as bright and much easier on the eyes. the blue were really hard to see with. it was like looking through blue glasses at dusk.

Ive had Mtec bulbs in my car for over 6 months driven daily. Quite good, although seems like they are fading away and becoming less bright.

If i have to reccommend a bulb it would be the Phillips white vision.

My oppinion with lights in general is... the white ones as soon as it rains they are near on useless, which is when you need your lights the most. Just what I have noticed. So if your chosing these white lights because you truly feel you can see further with them in the rain, thats fine. If your doing it to look cool, and cant see bugger all in the rain. Maybe just revise your globe choice.

Mine were fine in the rain. Only on HECTIC downpour it was crap. Luckily for us cefs have those fog lights which combined with the HID are pretty damn perfect in the rain/fog.

I had MTEC bulbs that only lasted 1 night.

They were so hopeless at illuminating the road I threw them out. Never again.
