Clarion Sub

Has anyone got or used the shallow mount offering from Clarion? I found one for a decent price the other day, but they didn't have one set up to hear. I've looked for reviews or anything similar, but haven't found much. Has anyone heard it go?

if you are looking for bottom end fill it will do nicely. if you are looking for boom go elsewhere.

they need to be loaded into a corner for them to work properly part of the reason they are on display and not connected.

Cheers, i was hoping someone could help. That's all i need really, at the moment i've just got 6.5" splits + 6.5" coax, they sound nice but once you start moving, road noise drowns out all the bass. You think this is what i'm looking for?

they are much of a muchness. Blaupunkt do one as well. in your case (assuming the car in your profile.) it will work well.

about average, maybe slightly increased due to the exhaust.

nah thats a 12" box. that has a LOT of output with a decent amp on it.

the on eI'm talking about has a 8" sub in it and a 150-200w amplifier.
