lmao.

MR331307,

Sorry to burst your bubble but the highest power out of a std motor WITH STD INJECTORS hehe is 533rwhp on Pump fuel. :)

Yes it went pop eventually. >_<

lol

i had standard injectors tooooooo

with 60 psi fuel pressure

fair enough without nitrous

but Nos 591 591 5911111111

anyways

glad someone else loves the rb25 POWERRRRRRRRRRR

sounds like somebody has had a bite from the jealousy bug?

10 months and what happened? pop went the weasel...

AND you had another FORGED motor being built on the side.

Full credit to your efforts, but not one other person has done it.

Everyone else has had problems here, problems there of varying degrees

GTNWET - Whats the use of the car/how much power do you want?

Thats really the questions to need to answer then you can go from there as to wether a stock internalled motor will last or not.

you never kno what comes outta japan, the motor coulda had forgies in it.

hehe

but that's some serious theory killers

what ever happened to all those theories of uneven spray on injectors if you push the pressure too high on standard injectors

what sorta hairdryer was strapped to the side?

thats some major punishment for a std rb25!

what else was done?

The motor had a GT35/40r

75 shot nitrous

There was nothing in this motor

it bent two rods in the end and lost comp

i pulled it apart

now as for uneven spray,More pressure more Mist i think.

Anyways i dont care if people believe it or not

i did a 10.8 @129MPH and when you do the maths it works out.

My new car with the RB25 FORGED MOTOR has made 757rwhp with no nitrous on 30 psi but alot safer tune.(Totally different setup and turbo)

If you have time and wish to read the Story behind it

Read max power out of standard RB25

yea cool, im gettin GCG to make me up a gt3540, microtech, but i think ill do it the safe way and get injectors.

nitrous is cheating.

Mate you gotta learn

reguardless of what it is

if it makes more power use it

hahahhahaa

PS Microtech (Thats the Way)

506rwhp is 377rwkw.

The hp makes it sound a lot.

Correctly setup I'm sure an rb25det could hold the power for some time. At that power level all it takes is a little bad fuel or slightly off tune for the conditions and its rebuilt time.

You should have seen the crap i went thru when i claimed high power on stock injectors on RB25s.

Still doing it and still not having problems even very long term but you have 10sec time cards and the knockers need Hollywood parts and power to match you so good on you.

Thanks mate

RB25 Power

Apart from the AFM and lack of features what exactly makes the powerFC 'shit'?

The PowerFC is a damn good no frills ecu for its price range. It has knock detection, sequential injection, handles large injectors very well, returns good fuel economy and drivability/cold starts etc are exceptional.

If you want something more... The Wolf3d v5 looks very nice.

Microtech.. lmfao.

If people actually know how to use the microtech

It is the cheapest and best ecu on the market

Power fc ecus are rubbish cause they chose to keep the AFM instead of changing to a map sensor such as every other brand ecu

    • Haha, i kow right? Could have bought so many cars for the same amount of money (or less) but driving Unicorn gives you at least +1mln to style 😅. Like wise man said "life's to short to drink cheap wine and drive boring cars" 😉
    • Newbie here, proud owner of an Autech 260RS. I'm on the hunt for wiring diagrams specific to the 260RS, particularly S1. I've ran my eyes through R33, R34 Diagrams, there are some similarities, however continue to find incorrect wire colours and pins on connectors in the 33,34 diagrams.   I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction? I'd be happy to pay for the originals in Japanese. I can translate them, at least they would be accurate.   Any help please would be greatly appreciated, never heard an RB26DETT before let alone driven one, and I've got a spaghetti monster of goodness to sort out.   Cheers Benny
    • Hey all  im wondering if you can help me please I have put a rb20 box in my r34 gtt as my auto packed up and a friend had a spare box I know it’s not ideal but it will get me up and running for now. we have done the conversation and everything is working great but my Speedo we got a s13 speed sensor but my Speedo reads double now and I bought a speed converter but still not having any luck.  so I thought I’ll reach out and pick your brains  any help would be appreciated please as I wanna drive my car again
    • Drain it. I got official Matic D but you can get whatever is listed as Matic D compatible.
    • Thanks guys,  Yeah I should at least have them dynoed, at least then I know what I've got as a starting point.  The springs on these are hard as rocks. I vaguely remember Russman saying he was going to sell the shocks to me with the rocks fitted, as he was keeping the softer springs for his new setup.  I didn't click at the time but of course that was to let me know the shock/spring wouldn't be matched.  I also remember pricing up new springs around 2014-15, but, house, money etc. it never happened. So that was another reason to have them rebuilt. I have rebuilt the forks on many motorcycles so I think I could handle the seals on these easily enough, but getting the valving right would be a rabbit hole I cbf exploring.  Duncan, interesting to hear RP was tuning these back then. I might give them a call.  In the mean time I have been busy fitting sway bars. The Whiteline rear sway bar I purchased 15 years ago finally got fitted, along with the Whiteline front bar that showed up last week. Just waiting on new links for the front sway bar to finish that off.  And my spare set of advan AVS VS5's should be back from the powder coaters in a Pearl White finish sometime this week, with a set of Hankook RS4's lined up for fitting.  And then I just have all the suspension bushes to do. A comprehensive kit is on the way... Lots to do before the Ararat hill climb. Cheers guys 🍻
