Well when i change gear to 2nd or downshift to 2nd it crunches... what would be the problem ? ( sorry on short topic)

your 2nd gear syncros are rooted. Mine are also stuffed. if you double clutch you can change down without the crunch.

You'd better start looking for another gearbox

I picked one up for $500 and it costs another 3~500 to put one in.

to reco yours will cost $1150.
