Hey sorry for not coming up with the goods last time, i scored a new job in a new location and things got messy but all is sweet now and Im once again keen to purchase gear and handbrake boots for my R32 GTS. So if there's room count me in.

I'll still have your last PM with the account details so just let me know when to deposit the $55 that is of course if its ok, thanks Pablo.

For people having trouble installing the handbrake boot because they come flat not pre-bent this is what I did to fit it to my R32 GTS-T

1. Take old handbrake boot out.

2. Push leather inwards on old handbrake boot and sit the new boot on top.

3. You should now have the metal from the old boot and new boot sitting on top of each, Make sure it is lined up evenly.

4. Push the metal on the new boot at the same bend in the old boot so they are both bent at the same place.

5. Keep adding pressure to the metal on the new boot so after the bend it is touching the metal of the old boot.

6. Put them side to side to make sure they are bent in same place on the same angel etc, and fine tune as needed.

I know its a little hard to understand without pictures but seriously if you think about it, it is only a 2 minute job.

Here is how mine turned out (sorry about the bad apperture and focus on the steering wheel).

thats ok pablo. I was a member of one of the earlier group buys on these so I am more then willing to help out where I can. I could't believe how much better my interior looked after something simple as replacing the handbrake and gearstick boot.

Here is a better picture

cmon ppl its guaranteed to add 10 - 15 rwkw or your money returned less postage

ps. its $55 P&H :)

I know I'm new (low post count) but count me in. If you need some sort of 'security' pm me.

Maybe this question has been asked as I only quickly flipped through the thread but, can we only get them in black?

That's ok, post count doesn't matter, aslong as you visit here regularly so you can read PMs.

They come in black only, I will include you in the group buy and PM bank details when we have enough people.

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
