Thats what I'm talking about Andrew, I've seen up to 20,000kb/s from So-net 50M ADSL connection ... I was expecting fibre to be like 800,000kb/s or higher... lol

Hikari Fibre seems like it gets better with age... I just did another test:

Can you try testing a fibre connection from where you are just to do a comparison? I'm not at all worried about this, it's costing me less than $40/month for the net and phone together, the speed is brilliant, no 'capping' or any of that stuff you get in AU... it's just that I thought fibre would be *alot* better than (ADSL and) what I'm getting atm from a capability point of view.

    • Yes they do. For some maybe. But for those used the most by abusers, ie Skylines, the numbers are known. The stock eyebrow height for R32/3 Skylines is about 365/375mm or thereabouts. The minimum such heights are recorded in adjacent columns in the database.
    • Hmmm, interesting. Makes me wonder whether there is bias as well. It's the cheapest fuel, so it is used for all kinds of ill-maintained shitboxes which are bound to have issues regardless. Nicer cars tend to require higher octane rated fuel and can't use it anyway. FWIW, the official NSW E10 facts page is decent.
    • Out of curiosity, how do officials determine what the OEM ride height and suspension specs are? Do they have a book of truth? I'd think that would be quite obscure knowledge for random JDM cars.
    • This is the check list they sign off on. This implies that adjustable coilovers of the type we're referring to are not a "Variable Ride Height" system. This very much is in the ethos of "I can change the height while moving/while parked without pulling wheels off the car and mechanically doing so"
    • Just an update  ... Put the cat back on no issues with the car running wise ... maybe alittle longer to spoil up the turbo. Still running rich but waiting for my tuner to come back into town to retify the situation. WOT runs fine with the cat.
