Hey guys,

I just received my Trust Titanium system today for my BCNR33.

The overall finish of the system is outstanding - and I am very happy with what I have got.

However I have a question about the muffler that I cant find an answer to anywhere on the net. Would probably help if I could read Japanese >_<

It is a 90mm system with I think 110mm tip, however inset to the edge of the end of the system, is a very narrow exhaust passageway. It almost looks like a silencer... I can see straight through it all way to the end of the actual main exhaust pipe - so it is very hollow, however I am concerned about why it is such a narrow exit for the exhaust? I have never seen this style except for when a cone silencer is installed in a normal cannon exhaust.

This probably makes no sense so I have a couple photos to show what I mean.

This is the end of the system - looks normal

haha this is a silencer to keep it legal in japan for JASMA approval. if you look underneath there is an allen bolt to remove it.

I run this system on our car, if anyone wants a bargain they are about $899-$1000 depending on model from autobarns atm they have limited clearance stock >_<

see mine removed below.

hmmm would it be rapped up with the rear cradle brace thing?

I've looked in the box that came with it, all it had was gasket, another brace, an instruction book and a JASMA certificate - no T piece I think

Ok, so it is designed to come out - thats good >_<

I wont damage it trying to remove it - thats the main thing I needed to know!

You will love it, Athid picked his up today (180sx) and had it fitted 20mins later :P GO FIT YOURS :P

they sound so horn, when we were tuning the 26 in cats car everyone wanted to know what exhaust was on it....

hey is that full Ti or just the rear?

nice work, can you also measure and confirm it is 90mm (3.5")?

full titanium, they do two versions, i run the 80mm on our car as we used to run open twin 2.5" and lost no power with the 80mm so the added expense was not warranted.

The one pictured above is indeed the 90mm version

So its titanium mufflers and titanium tubing, Does the system have a centre muffler? What is the weight of a system. I may buy a 90mm version for my R32 GTSt. I want to plumb the gate back in but worred about the HKS Hyper exhaust i currently have not liking the back pressure

yes I chose the 90mm model - as trent said, for the 33 GT-R it also available in 80mm. I think this carries through for most of the other car models offered.

There is no centre muffler or resonator at all - just straight pipe. No doubt with silencer removed it will be an extremely loud system when the engine is on boost. The total weight of the system is less than 5kg. I weighed the centre pipe which connects from the tail section to the front pipes, and its only 1kg!

here is a pic of the centre section pipe and better view of the back section. I put up alot of pictures for a reference if anyone on here is interested - I found it very frustrating when I was trying to get more info on it before ordering - there is very little available photo's on the net for this system.

Just to Clarify,

PE Ti-R = Full Titanium Circuit Only

PE Ti = Full Titanium Street/Circuit

Ti C = SUS 304 Stainless Steel main pipe and Titanium rear muffler

No centre mufflers.

Weight is:

PE Ti-R = 5.1kg

PE Ti = 7.1kg

Normal = 18kg

With a dB level of around 92-96 compared to a normal exhaust of 87dB.

Now i am considering scrapping the veilside exhaust for one of these. i'm down with cutting weight out!

which autobarn stores have them? the local one to me is rather empty!!

I'm in bankstown area :woot: its going to need a fair amount of modification to get on as did the veilside with trust split front/dump pipe!

Bugger :worship: we have only got R33 gtr left ($950)

so you have the 90mm ti-r full titanium one?

i just called bankstown and told him how much you have them for. but he could only quote 1800. for a 32gtr

is there much difference? i'm going to need to probably modify it anyway to fit to the trust dumps as i had to modify them to fit also.

    • The 296mm rotors are the R33 turbo brakes. The 310mm rotors are the R34 turbo brakes. The calipers are nearly the same, but not. They're the same caliper but the R34 caliper has longer legs so that it sits out far enough to go over the rotor. The pads are the same for both. When you say, "I bough tsome EBC"....did you just mean pads? Or rotors? 310mm rotors fit under 17" wheels. There may be some wheels without enough clearance though. I can't fit my fingers between the barrel of my wheel and the "corners" of my R34 calipers, but there is plenty of room behind the spokes. This is on Enkei RPF1. You can fit 324mm rotors inside a 17" wheel, but I'd be willing to bet that it would be close to impossible with the Nissan/Sumitomo caliper (using an adapter, of course), because the Sumitomo caliper is fatter than the Brembo caliper that is supposed to go on the 324mm rotors.
    • Hi. Can someone tell me what brakes(and mainly WHERE) can i buy brakes on R34 GTT? I bought some EBC which SHOULD go on my car(i have GT but it has GTT brakes) but it does not fit, Brakes are "too" small(296mm) Are 310mm be good or? I have 17 inch wheel so no "big boys" but for me driving i just need one that fits and i can get here in EU/Czech.
    • Since winter isn't that harsh anymore in Poland, i will definetely drive it 365 days a year 😉. But if the snow hits i will try it for sure and let U know. Only swap i am planning to do is of course R34 GTR front 😍.
    • Hey. Very valuable information about pitwork, I will pay attention when buying any consumable parts 🙏 As for the carpets - I got a handful of information from nengun, from which it appears that indeed the carpets for the driver's side are OEM. They are not able to show me any pictures due to the long chain of different sales entities but after I place the order, as soon as the goods arrive at the nengun warehouse from which they will send the shipment to me they can send me photos and if my purchase differs from OEM I can immediately return it / cancel the purchase. I think I will give it a try 😉. Of course i'll let you know what's what as soon as i get them P.s. I know the topic is not relevant to the thread, but both nengun and amayama have these SICK 😍 trunk room lamps available. Do you know anyone who ordered them? I need to have one in my car
