Led Brake Lights

Last night in Joondalup I saw led afterburner brake lights on a silver r33 and I really want them.

The car had personalised plates but don't remeber what it said.

Has anyone seen these for sale before and where to get them as they make the rear look really interestinging at night.

you can buy the cheap china ones for like $300 check out just-jap they sell them along with alot of other places.

i personally think the china ones like shit house.

if your going to do it might aswell do it correct and get some good quality custom made ones not some cheap mass produce crap (personal opinion)

Thanks for you help guys. I have seen the bright silver backed ones for sale and I am not interested in those. But the others which use the orginal brake surrounds look the business.

the "silver back" ones also use the original surround

yeh like has been said, cant you just put the cover from your old taillights over the silver part? so if ya had a white car the white bit goes over the "silver back"?

Hey, yer seen it around too ay, they look awesome, when the lights are off they are completely clear correct??? thought they might have been custom made because i havent seen them before anywhere ay...

if anyone knows where to get them, please let us know. (ps: theyre different from the LED ones i'm pretty sure... :s)

Yeah i just got some of the type of light that you are after. I think they look ok. Same ones from JustJap. They seem to fit nicely and still have a red lens so they kinda look stock and not too ricey. They are really bright which is what I love most about them.

I have a pair from WISE Sports Japan, they are very good quality

They have a rubber seals to stop water from coming in so they dont require that goey black sealant thing
